Author's Notes: Chandler's a little weird to write - I really wish we'd been exposed to him just a little bit more, so one could get a feel for him! I, personally, think he's harmless.

"... and then, the poor boy went running - it probably was too forward of me," Blaine sighed. Kurt had to press both hands against his mouth to stifle his laughter. Blaine grinned at his expression, and Kurt felt that now-familiar squirming in his stomach - a feeling he'd acquainted himself with over the last fifteen minutes spent with Blaine in the cashier line. Now they were both standing off to one side, waiting for their orders and trading random stories.

"You'd just met the boy, and you serenaded him without any sort of warning?" Kurt snorted, shaking his head. "Of course he was going to be embarrassed, what do you expect? And having caught him spying on you..."

Blaine chuckled, his head turning as one of the baristas called out his order. "Oh, that's me," he spoke cheerfully, accepting the medium drip - Kurt wrinkled his nose at the strong scent of pure caffeine leaking from the cup - and the small plate of biscotti. Kurt's order, along with Chandler's, followed soon after; but instead of going their separate ways, Kurt found Blaine following him to his table. Chandler still hadn't returned, and Kurt wondered what was taking him so long.

"It wasn't one of my finer moments," Blaine admitted, setting his coffee and biscotti on the table and pulling up an extra chair. "Oh wow, this is pretty forward of me, too. I hope you don't mind?" Kurt frowned in confusion - he hadn't said anything against Blaine sitting with him - but realized the other boy's sudden politeness when Chandler bent down to press a quick, fleeting peck against his cheek. Kurt let out a surprised squeak, twisting his head to smile at his boyfriend.

"Hello," Chandler spoke, beaming widely. "I don't think we've met?" Blaine shook his head and rose from his seat, offering Chandler his hand.

"I'm Blaine, I was standing behind you in line - Kurt and I have just been talking, and I decided to impose myself," he smiled. Chandler shot Kurt a quizzical glance, but Kurt avoided his eyes. Surely he didn't need to explain himself; there was nothing wrong with striking up a friendship. Even if it was with a positively gorgeous boy, who was gay, and with whom he shared interests...

Stop that, Kurt scolded himself. Chandler was still gazing at him with an adorable look of confusion, and Kurt realized he was probably waiting for him to confirm the story. So Kurt nodded and shot Blaine a smile - ignoring the way his heart leaped when Blaine returned it - and turned back to Chandler. "He's right, we just hit it off," he grinned. "I've got your stuff right here."

Chandler settled down in his own seat and accepted his coffee cup with a happy grin. Blaine glanced between the two of them, one finger absently circling the rim of his own cup. "You two make a very cute couple," he commented, causing Kurt to blush and Chandler to stare at him with wide eyes.

"W-we... we're not..." Chandler stumbled over his words. Kurt's eyebrows rose, his forehead crumpling with bemusement.

"We're not?" he spoke up quietly. The bespectacled boy's cheeks reddened, and he was quick to reach for Kurt's hands on the table.

"I just meant... I'd like us to be," Chandler responded softly. Kurt felt a smile creep up over his face as Chandler added, "Kurt Hummel, will you be my boyfriend?"

"Hmmm..." Kurt pretended to make a show of thinking about it, but his wide smile was indication enough of his answer. "Yes." He squeezed Chandler's hands, feeling his grin widen - his first boyfriend. After years and years of torment and insecurity, he finally had someone willing to be there for him, to hold his hand and kiss him and cuddle with him.

"Congratulations to the happy couple!" Blaine piped up, inclining his head towards Kurt. The pale boy rolled his eyes and released Chandler's hands, fussing with his own muffin.

"You make it sound like we just got married," he huffed. Blaine grinned cheekily at him, chewing thoughtfully on a piece of biscotti before replying.

"It's a commitment either way, isn't it?" Blaine picked up his medium drip and took a long gulp before smiling at Chandler. "I hope you're both very happy together."

And even as Chandler beamed and thanked Blaine profusely, Kurt felt himself coming off his high and staring blankly at Blaine. The dark-haired boy was all smiles and laughter, congratulating Chandler on having an excellent eye and warning him not to let Kurt go. It came, then, as a surprise when Blaine got to his feet and, popping the last morsel of biscotti into his mouth, announced, "I should really be going."

Before Kurt or Chandler could respond, Blaine had offered them a both 'it was nice to meet you' and departed, one hand still clutching his coffee. Chandler began to speak - probably something about how nice Blaine seemed - but all Kurt could do was stare until the beautiful, dark-haired boy had left his sight.

I don't even have his number, he realized with dread. Or any way to contact him. I don't even know his last name.

Will we ever see each other again?

End Notes: Of course you're gonna see each other again, Kurt!
