"No, it's quite okay, but thanks anyway."

"Oh but Kurt! It won't be the same without you and besides; it'll just be a couple of the kids from glee club and some of Sebastian's friends from his old school! Nothing will happen, especially with me as your watchful eye and guardian angel. I promise."

There was loud house music in the background and a lot of chatter. It was obvious the party had already started and a certain Rachel Berry was already on the tipsy side.

"Yeah, no offense to that, but that's what you said last time and it ended-up in the swirling of my perfectly-conditioned hair while you and Finn did....whatever it is that you two do."

"Hey, now that night was different; I was drunk and a little horny and it was our nearly eighteen-month anniversary..."

"Stop stop S-T-O-P. I know we're good friends and all but no matter how you try approaching, that is one of the few subjects that is forever off limits. And yeah I get it, but I'm just not comfortable with it. Why don't you go and have fun and I'll just catch up with you on Saturday."

"Are you sure Kurt? Cause if you don't want to party, I'm sure we could find a way for all of us to do something!"

"Yes, Rachel. Don't worry about it. I'll see you tomorrow, now I have to go! Carol is calling for dinner!"

"Alrighty, but if you change your mind, my offer still stands."

"I know. Alright. Talk to you later, bye."

Kurt clicked the end button and did all that he could to keep his emotions under check. This was typical Rachel. Always looking out for number one, herself, and doing what best fits her plans. He loved her to death, but this type of act always bugged Kurt about Rachel, and people for the matter. Why should he have to mold his schedule to fit hers?

He pulled a stunt similar to this the beginning of junior year last year and she STILL manages to bring it up from time to time, yet she never seems to be in the wrong with stuff like this. It's always "Rachel this" and "Rachel wants to do that" but never a time for "Kurt wants." What Kurt wanted was, besides for Rachel to get a good reality check and maybe a bitch slap from his favorite drag queen on RuPual's Drag Race, Latrice Royale—what Kurt wanted was for someone to talk to.

Someone that Kurt held a connection with, a person that he could talk to for ten minutes on a subject that related to something that wasn't his step-brother's awkward sex-life or what he was doing wrong with his life, both academically and musically. But most of all, Kurt wanted his first kiss. It was almost halfway through his senior year and he still hadn't even tried what most had started in their early-hormonal states of middle school.

And aside from all of that, Rachel very well knew of the tuft Kurt and Sebastian had had recently. A transfer student from the boys academy of Dalton, Sebastian was this hot-headed little-prick that stood for everything that was wrong in the world, at least in Kurt's eyes. Sebastian was ignorant, rude, quite the arrogant bitch, immature, and—most irritating—kind of an idiot. One time, he asked Kurt how to spell 'orange' and he was being completely serious. It was like Mean Girls come to life.

Sebastian though, despite all of his horrible qualities, possessed something so unfair to Kurt that it made him weep from time-to-time: this natural state of attractiveness. Kurt couldn't help but give furtive glances at Sebastian during the day and it made him sick to think that the world would waste its use of perfect chromatic structures on such vile, tempestuous scum as Sebastian. And the worst was that Sebastian was aware of his good endowments and used them to constantly torment Kurt.

Every day at McKinley, Sebastian would fool around with Kurt to try and get him to feel uncomfortable and succeeded every time. One time, Sebastian stayed after glee rehearsal until it was just him and Kurt and managed to trick Kurt into thinking he liked him. Just as Sebastian leaned in for what Kurt thought was going to be their long-awaited first kiss, one of Sebastian's friends stormed in with a video recorder and captured Kurt's raging boner. By that night, the video had received close to 300 likes on Facebook and nearly 2,000 hits on YouTube. Kurt was humiliated, but lucky for him he had such nice friends as Rachel to come over to his house and explain that it was just a joke and he shouldn't take it so seriously.

You can imagine what drama that produced as Rachel stormed out, saying she was only 'doing him a favor' and that he was being 'entirely stubborn and selfish.'

Kurt really doesn't quite understand why he puts up with her shit still, but maybe it's because Rachel is all he has. I mean, he does have Mercedes and Tina and Mike and Artie and Quinn and Brittany and Santana, but in-reality, he doesn't. Outside of school, Mike is always with Tina; Brittany is always with Santana, though sometimes Quinn manages to sneak herself into that pack. Artie seems to do a lot of volunteering and in his spare time, he likes to play only video games which are far opposite to things Kurt would rather do with his time. And then Mercedes, who Kurt used to be quite close with, found her man-candy Sam earlier this year. It seems that everybody, in-fact, was doing well except Kurt. But Kurt found to make use of his time the best way he could: creating a fashion/teen-angst blog on this weird website, Tumblr.

Using Carol as his excuse to get Rachel off of the phone, Kurt knew he was home alone tonight. Finn was out at Puck's and soon headed to Rachel's while Carole and Burt were having their monthly night-out. Kurt grabbed his car keys and headed for the nearest Starbucks and picked-up his favorite holiday peppermint mocha with two pumps of vanilla. It always managed to cheer him-up when needing cheering. He swung by Panera for his favorite quick dinner—a combination of macaroni and cheese all mixed into a bread bowl which could make any food-lover cringe from all the succulence.

Kurt came home with his coffee and food and flopped down on his bed. He logged onto his account, GucciGuys5524. He wasn't particularly proud of the URL, but it would suffice for now. Anyway, he was somewhat new to the world of Tumblr, only having the blog for roughly six months now. He logged on to check his stats.

154 followers. No new followers, but none lost either.

3 reblogs on a post of his from a few weeks ago. Almost to 5,000 posts and growing exponentially as his year continues.

No new messages. Oh wait...no messages at all.

Kurt was convinced that, though he had a substantial amount of followers, he was not popular what-so-ever. His followers never talked to him and followed him primarily because he was one of the few men on that website.

He scrolled for a while and liked and reblogged posts having to do with his favorite TV shows or the new fashion blogs or some pictures of men—he was particularly fond of the male buttocks—and even the Queen of England—he had quite the unhealthy obsession with the Royalties.

As he was scrolling, he came across his absolute favorite blog.

It was called BowtiesAndBoggarts. Featuring pictures of fashion and lots of Fandom posts, with the occasional selfie that acquired notes by the hundreds, the blog was run by a boy named Blaine, who was of Kurt's age and lived only about two hours away. This Blaine was the most handsome thing Kurt had ever seen. He made Sebastian look like a smirf.

As Kurt scrolled through Blaine's 'me' tag, he wished he knew him in person. And lucky for Kurt, Blaine was openly gay. But unlucky for Kurt, Blaine was what many would call 'Tumblr Famous.' Blaine would occasionally post about how he loves all of the love and adoration from all of his 5,000+ followers and growing. Kurt couldn't believe someone could acquire such a fanbase without being some sort of actor or musician, yet a single photo of Blaine's face made clear sense of that issue.

As he fawned over Blaine, he refreshed the blog and noticed Blaine had just made one of those 'Ask Me Anything' posts. He and Blaine were in the same boat tonight: home with nothing to do—the only difference being that while Kurt could get maybe a single question, at best, while Blaine could receive questions flooding in by the hundreds.

He stared at that post for a while.

Ask Me Anything. It mocked him. He stared at it for so long until he finally clicked on the link that brought him to Blaine's ask box. Before doing anything, Kurt immediately selected the anonymous button. His courage would extend as far enough to ask Blaine a personal question, but not enough to have Blaine identify Kurt's blog.

You can do this Hummel. He's just a boy. And why are you stressing anyway?? You're greyfaced. He doesn't know you. Oh but crap. Can't you easily find out who is the greyface and who isn't'?! Ugh crap. Okay wait. He gets hundreds of these. He is NOT that anal to go through each of these. Okay calm down. See. Just ask him, Kurt.

Kurt closed his eyes and just typed:

Hey. I've been following your blog for a while now and I just wanted to let you know that it is my absolute favorite and that you have impeccable taste!

That wasn't that bad. But he needed something more

You rock. Your eyes make me melt. I feel like I should talk to you. Wanna be bros. How is life there. Can we date. How goesit. Youre literally so beautiful it makes me want to cry.

Everything sounded corny or plain creepy and stupid.

Come on Kurt. Just say something and press send before you go crazy. This should NOT be that difficult.

You're also extremely handsome, but in a good way.

But in a good way. Really?! That's what we come up with. How on Earth...we're totally dying virgins.

Kurt's computer suddenly froze and as he worked to unfreeze it, he began vehemently clicking his frustration away on his laptop. After a minute, his computer started reworking. But then much to Kurt's chagrin, the laptop picked-up on where Kurt clicked and suddenly again, his computer switched to 'ask as GuicciGuy5524 and before Kurt had time to react, his screen just read: Your question has been received.

Kurt sat frozen, only murmuring

"Oh shit. Oh shit. OH. SHIT. O-H S-H-I-T"
