Kurt walked in the house to find Blaine asleep on the couch. Normally the sight would have been accompanied by Karlie either asleep with him, or happily jumping in her bounce seat near the couch. He was sure Blaine was exhausted so he said nothing if he came home and he was asleep. Keeping up with Karlie all day was hard.
But he looked around and didn't see their daughter anywhere. He walked back to her small bedroom looking into her crib to see if she was sleeping in it.
"Daddy!" A squeal rang out in the room. He quickly turned his head to see her sitting on top of the dresser next on the other side of the room. All of the drawers emptied on to the floor. She sat, clapping her hands, grin spreading across her face. As if to say daddy! Look what I can do!
Blaine quickly sat up and looked around the room noticing his daugher wasn't laying by him any more. He looked around the room frantically before he heard an ear peircing shreik from her bedroom.
She squealed in amusement again as Kurt tried his best not to laugh at her, knowing that it would only encourage her behavior. But he couldn't help but smile at how smart his nine month old daughter was. He walked over to her and hoisted her off of the dresser and she shreiked when he tickled her tummy as he walked with her towards the door.
Blaine ran ot the door staring in scared to death before he realized that Kurt was the person holding her and causing the noise. "Oh God Kurt i'm so sorry. I dozed off and she was right there with me, she must have crawled in here and-" he looked around at the empty dresser and the drawers pulled out. "Did she do this?"
Kurt nodded, and Karlie clapped her hands. "Daddy!" She squealed again. Her brown eyes shining.
Blaine smiled at her but sighed. "I'll clean this up." Kurt smirked at him, nodding and leaving the room with Karlie.
"You just like to give Daddy all kinds of trouble don't you?" He smiled at her. And she grinned back. "That's my girl."
