Author's Notes:

AN: I know I said I wanted to update daily, but its been a crazy week, and I really did want to! But I havent forgot about this story at all by any means! I hope you are enjoying the ride thus far!

"It just had to be snow." Blaine grumbled as his horse trudged through the snow. He shivered and pulled his jacket a little tighter around himself. A sudden noise came from the trees behind him, the horse he was on bucked, swinging him off of the saddle and landing him directly in at least a foot worth of snow.

"Hey!" He called out after the horse, knowing his attempt to get its attention wasnt worth it, he wasnt turning around.

He stood, shaking the snow off of his clothes. He walked forward, looking for some fort of sign that he was close to Cooper again, he looked forward.

"He couldnt have made it an eternal summer-Ah!" He yelled as he fell into at least six inches of water in a small creek. "Ugh!" He stood, feeling like his pants were nearly frozen to him. He stood, seeing a small building that stood near him. He walked, briskly he might add, to the building and opened the door, a small bell rang above his head.

"Hello!" A far too friendly looking man chirped from behind the desk. "Huge summer sale!"

"Im uh, looking for something a little more sensible for the snow..Being that theres an eternal winter and all."  He glanced around the tiny shop.

"Oh! Our winter stock is right over there!" He tilted his head over to the corner of the store, where only a coat, a pair of blue pants, an ice pick and some rope, were hanging from the wall.

Blaine walked over, grabbing the clothes and taking them up to the counter. "Ill just take these," He said, reaching into his satchel for some money to pay for the items he had. He stopped as the door swung open.

A tall man, covered in snow, up to his chin walked in. His mouth was covered by a bandana, a hat was on his head. He stood right behind Blaine, as if waiting for him to move.

"Chhrrrtts."

"What?" Blaine asked, before turning to ignore the man and continue his purchases.

"Carrots. I need them. Youre in front of them." Hed pulled the snow covered bandana off of his mouth.

"Oh. Oh!" Blaine quickly moved out of his way to let him grab the carrots from the side of the counter, after grabbing the carrots he then stomped off to the other side of the store. Blaine shrugged him off and began looking at other things to see if hed need anything else for his trip.

The other man dropped the remaining two things on the counter from the winter stock and waited for it to be totaled up.  Blaine didnt really listen to much of the conversation, but he had heard that the man was an ice salesman (Which is really unfortunate during this time, Blaine had thought to himself) and that he couldnt afford the prices given to him. He had heard the man call the clerk of the store a crook, which had not ended well, resulting in the man being thrown out of the store.

He walked out into the snow and looked over to see a familiar face waiting for him in the same spot hed been sitting when hed gone into the store.

"Come on Sven, Ive found somewhere we can stay, and its free."  He said, as he opened the door to the abandoned shed next to the shop hed been at. Theyd leave in the morning, they wouldnt get caught, they - Man he was tired. He started to drift off to sleep on top of a pile of hay when the door opened, quite loudly, he might add.

"I have something for you." Great, the boy from earlier, who could afford everything in the store. "Where are you headed to? The north mountain? Have you been there?"

"A few times, I suppose."

"And did it seem..Magical to you at all?"

"Sure, very."  He snorted sarcastically.

"I need you to take me there." He said simply.

"I dont even know your name, and you expect me to just drop everything and take you somewhere? I dont think so."

"Blaine."

"What?"

"My names Blaine, prince of Arendelle."

"Kurt, and Im perfectly familiar with who you are." Blaine flinched at the comment, if this guy knew who he was, how could he not want to help him? He was royalty for Gods sake!

"Youre taking me with you.." He demanded, Kurt suddenly felt a heavy weight drop on his chest. He revealed that it was a sack that had both the ice pick hed been looking at in the store along with the rope. He sighed and ran a hand over his face.

"We leave at dawn." He put the hat back over his eyes and closed them, at least hoping to get some sleep before the long day ahead of him.

"No. We leave now." He huffed again, sitting up.

"Fine, we leave now. But you forgot the carr-" He was cut off by something smacking him against the side of his head.

It was a sack full of carrots.
