"Umm..what are you doing here? Did you want to get Blaine or something?" David asked as Blake entered the meeting room.
"Who are you?" Wes asked.
She gave David a glare, "No, I'm here to audition to join your little gay choir group. And," she turned to Wes, "I'm a transfer student." Wes opened his mouth, probably to launch on a rant about how this was an all-boys academy and she probably mistaken it for Crawford, their sister school. But just as Wes opened his mouth, Blake started to talk again, "Yeah, yeah. I got it, I'm a girl. This is an all-boys gay school. I'm probably mistaken and I should be at Crawford's instead. Blahbity, blah, blah. I got it all before, so let's just skip to the singing or auditioning or whatever. Here's the transfer papers, if you're still skeptic."
"I object!" David said.
"Shut up!" Blake replied.
"You just want to boss us around. I bet you can't even sing!" David continued.
"You done? Because those will be your last words!" Blake retorted, getting pissed.
"No! Because you're a bitch, it doesn't mean you have to be so rude to everyone!" David went on.
"Do you realize what you just said was beyond stupidity?" Blake asked sharply.
"Well the smartest thing to come out of your mouth was a dick!" David replied. Everyone in the room gasped except Blake.
"Well the only pussy you're gonna see is the one you came out of!" Blake responded. Everyone gasped again.
"SETTLE DOWN!!!" Wes boomed as he banged his gavel.
Blake walked over to him, took his gavel, opened the window, and threw it outside.
"Noooooo!!! My baby!" Wes exclaimed running towards the window. Blake gave him a strange look.
"Okayy..then.." Blake said, weirded out.
"Can you just sing?" Thad asked rubbing his temples.
"Whatever," Blake said grabbing a guitar.
"If I die young, bury me in satin
Lay me down on a, bed of roses
Sink me in the river, at dawn
Send me away with the words of a love song
Uh oh, uh oh
Lord make me a rainbow, I'll shine down on my mother
She'll know I'm safe with you when she stands under my colors, oh,
And life ain't always what you think it ought to be, no
Ain't even grey, but she buries her baby
The sharp knife of a short life, well
I've had just enough time
If I die young, bury me in satin
Lay me down on a bed of roses
Sink me in the river at dawn
Send me away with the words of a love song
The sharp knife of a short life, well
I've had just enough time
And I'll be wearing white, when I come into your kingdom
I'm as green as the ring on my little cold finger,
I've never known the lovin' of a man
But it sure felt nice when he was holdin' my hand,
There's a boy here in town, says he'll love me forever,
Who would have thought forever could be severed by
The sharp knife of a short life, well,
I've had just enough time
So put on your best, boys, and I'll wear my pearls
What I never did is done
A penny for my thoughts, oh, no, I'll sell 'em for a dollar
They're worth so much more after I'm a goner
And maybe then you'll hear the words I been singin'
Funny when you're dead how people start listenin'
If I die young, bury me in satin
Lay me down on a bed of roses
Sink me in the river at dawn
Send me away with the words of a love song
Uh oh (uh, oh)
The ballad of a dove (oh, uh)
Go with peace and love
Gather up your tears, keep 'em in your pocket
Save 'em for a time when you're really gonna need 'em, oh
The sharp knife of a short life, well
I've had just enough time
So put on your best, boys, and I'll wear my pearls."
She stopped strumming and looked up. Everyone had their jaws hanging out, even Jeff! No one was expecting what came out of Blake's mouth. She sounded like an angel.
"So am I in or am I just wasting my time standing here?" Blake asked with sass.
Wes, David, and Thad talked in private deciding if she was in or out. David and Wes kept on saying no. "She threw my gavel out the window!"
"And she insulted me!" David complained.
"I'll make her find it. And you started it," Thad said getting tired.
"Fine, but only because she has a great voice," Wes gave in.
"She started it!" David replied.
"Shut up!" Thad tried to calm David down.
"She does have a great voice though," Wes pointed out.
"Ugh fine," David gave in.
"You're in," Thad told her.
"'Kay, bye," Blake said leaving.
"Wait, where are you going?" Wes questioned.
"I'm bored of this. The principal told me I had to join a club and "expand my horizons" so I joined this. But I ain't staying for the meeting, most of you guys are cunts," Blake responded.
She went to open the door, and Sebastian was standing there.
Blake sighed, "What do you want dipshit?"
"To buy a unicorn, what do you think? To audition dumbass," Sebastian replied.
Blake laughed, "You're worse than a cat being thrown into a blender."
Sebastian was going to insult her again but Thad interrupted once again, "Can we just get started? We already had to go through this once. I don't want to go through it again."
"Sure," Sebastian said with a smirk.
David noticed that Blake wasn't leaving and asked, "Didn't you say you were leaving?"
"Shut up," Blake answered quickly. She sat down between Jeff and Blaine.
"Why is everyone saying that today?" David muttered.
Sebastian looked at Blaine and started,
"When I had you to myself, I didn't want you around
Those pretty faces always make you stand out in a crowd
But someone picked you from the bunch, one glance is all it took
Now it's much too late for me to take a second look
Oh baby, give me one more chance (To show you that I love you)
Won't you please let me (Back in your heart)
Oh darlin', I was blind to let you go (Let you go, baby)
But now since I've seen you in his arms. (I want you back)
Oh I do now (I want you back)
Ooh ooh baby (I want you back)
Yeah yeah yeah yeah (I want you back)
Na na na na
Trying to live without your love is one long sleepless night
Let me show you, girl, that I know wrong from right
Every street you walk on, I leave tear stains on the ground
Following the girl I didn't even want around
Oh baby, all I need is one more chance (To show you that I love you)
Won't you please let me (Back in your heart)
Oh darlin', I was blind to let you go (Let you go, baby)
But now since I've seen you in his arms.
All I want...
All I need...
All I want!
All I need!
Is one more chance (To show you that I love you)
Baby (baby) baby (baby) baby (baby!) Yeah
(I want you back)
Oh baby, I was blind to let you go (Let you go, baby)
But now since I've seen you in his arms. (I want you back)
Oh baby, I need one more chance, ha!
(To that I love you)
Oh, baby! Oh! Oh, oh! (I want you back!)
Oh I do now (I want you back)
Ooh ooh baby (I want you back)
Yeah yeah yeah yeah (I want you back)
Na na na na (I want you back)"
When he finished he turned to Blake and asked, "So what'd you think about it, cocksucker?"
"Says you, you're like the queen of sluts. And I thought you sucked. If that was your best, you might as well fuck off. I can't stand looking at you with that wannabe Disney prince haircut," Blake said not batting an eye. Blaine snorted.
"So you what'd you think about it killer?" Sebastian winked.
Blake punched Sebastian in the face and practically growled, "Leave. Him. Alone."
Sebastian laughed, "What's it to you, little sis?"
She punched him again, this time harder, so hard that his face started to bleed a little. Then, a fight broke out.
But it didn't last for long, Blaine grabbed her and dragged her out.
"WHEN I GET MY HANDS ON YOU I WILL RIP YOU LIMB FROM LIMB, START ING WITH YOUR DI-" Blake tried to yell at Sebastian, but Blaine covered her mouth.

~Outside
"What was that all about?" Blaine asked.
"Sorry he just pisses me off so much," she puffed out.
"Why?" Blaine asked, "Well there are many reasons, but you seem like you're out to get him."
She paused. Then she turned around and jumped the fence.
"Wait, where are you going?" Blaine yelled. But she didn't answer, she just kept running.
"I must get to my hideout," she whispered as she continued to sprint.
~.~.~
Blake finally stopped running when she saw the lake. "It's just as same as the old days..."
She went into the lodge and grabbed an electric guitar. "Hmm? That's weird, I never notice a piano back here."
She plugged it into the amp, and started to play a song. She always sang when she felt like nobody could hear her.
"I hear the angels talking talking talking
Now I'm a dead man walking walking walking
I hear the angels talking talking talking
Now I'm a dead man
[2x]
I see you standing there but you're already gone
I'm holding your hand but you're barely holding on
I'm kissing your lips but it just don't feel the same
Am I dead there now, left living with the blame
Oh I hear the angels talking talking talking
Now I'm a dead man walking walking walking
Already broken, already gone
Already know you're moving on
I'm a breathing, talking
Dead man, walking
Already see it, in your face
Already someone, in my place
I'm a breathing, talking
Dead man, walking
I hear the angels talking talking talking
Now I'm a dead man walking walking walking
I hear the angels talking talking talking
Now I'm a dead man
We're in the same room just one million miles away
With all these books around but we ain't go two words to say
Am I a dead man now, left living with the shame?
I'm...
Already broken, already gone
Already know you're moving on
I'm a breathing, talking
Dead man, walking
Already see it, in your face
Already someone, in my place
I'm a breathing, talking
Dead man, walking
I'm a breathing, talking
Dead man, walking
I hear the angels talking talking talking
Now I'm a dead man walking walking walking
I hear the angels talking talking talking
Now I'm a dead man
Already broken, already gone
Already know you're moving on
I'm a breathing, talking
Dead man, walking
Already see it, in your face
Already someone, in my place
I'm a breathing, talking
Dead man, walking"
Blaine carefully took his ear off the lodge's door. He heard some footsteps and the door opened.
"Blaine?" Blake asked, and for some reason she sounded scared.
“Yeah, umm hi,” Blaine responded getting a sheepish grin.
“You might as well come in,” Blake said with a sigh. Blaine went into the lodge and sat down on the maroon couch. “What are you doing here?”
“Well this is my hideout for when-“ Blaine started.
“Wait, what?” Blake asked, “This is my hideout. I’ve gone here ever since my mom…” she trailed off.
“Ever since what?” Blaine couldn’t help but question.
Blake stared at Blaine, debating whether to tell him or not. She finally sighed and began,”It all started when I was 11. My mom and dad used to always fight, but this one night, it was different. She left him. They got a divorce, but both of them refuse to go. My dad because he didn’t want it to happen, and my mom because she didn’t want to see him. It happened either way. My dad kept on trying to get her back for months. She finally agreed one day, just so he’d get off her back. The date went great, I think they fell for each other again that night. My mom did have some alcohol so when she was driving home, she took the wrong road home. She got jumped and killed.”
Blake sucked in a breath and didn’t let it go; Blaine grabbed her hand and squeezed, a gesture to say ‘It’s okay, you don’t have to continue’ But she did.
“Ever since that happened, my dad…he-I never felt good enough for him. Like everything I ever did was another mistake. He never beat me or did anything like that. He just never was there for me. It was like he died too.
“I used to get bullied. Yeah, long story short, I tried to kill myself. But something made me stop, I don’t know what it was. I burned the letter I wrote and just continued to let the bullying happen. A few years later my dad got a job here and we moved. When I got to my new school, everyone thought I was this bad girl. Fucking Sebastian stole all of my clothes, so I had to wear his. So I went with it, it was my protection, my shield, my mask. No one ever even asked me if the rumors were true, everyone just assumed it. Well, it didn’t help that I drove into the school with a motorcycle without a license.”
She gave a sad chuckle and continued, “I kept getting expelled from my schools, from fights, smoking, pranks, and many more. I swore I would never hurt anyone like that, but I guess I just cared about my walls than anyone else’s feelings. Anyway, since I kept on getting expelled, my father finally took me to this school, where he could keep an eye on me. Although, it’s kind of funny, he doesn’t even give a fuck about me, he tries to control my life when he’s not even in it!” She gave a sad laugh. She stood up and punched the wall. Blake just stood there, not moving, drawing in small breaths.
Blaine walked over to her and enveloped her in a hug. Tears slid down her face, but she was silent. After a while she said in a hoarse voice, “Can we just watch movies for the rest of the day? And skip classes?”
Blaine nodded and gave a small kiss on the top of her hair. They watched Tim Burton and Johnny Depp movies for the rest of the day.
Blake fell asleep on the couch, her head on Blaine’s lap. Blaine eventually fell asleep too, with a lot on his mind.
~.~.~
The next day Blaine told her his story, not the full story, but just enough. (Reread what Blaine told Kurt if you’re confused to what Blaine’s story is) After, they decided to go back to school. When they showed up together, most of the guys gave them a curious stare. Blaine’s arm was around Blake’s waist in a protective way. He felt the need to protect her, plus she was still upset from yesterday. Although her face didn’t show it, she had a poker face.
“Hey guys,” Blaine greeted as they sat down in the lounge.
Blake didn’t say anything she just laid her head on his shoulder.
“What no insult today? Amazing the bitch finally has no comebacks!” David said.
Blake sniffled, blinked back a couple of tears, and hid her face behind Blaine’s neck, not wanting anyone to see her cry. Blaine gently stroke her hair and glaring at David.
David’s expression changed to worriness, even though he doesn’t like her, David has a tendency to care, “Is she okay?”
Blaine gave him a look that said, ‘Are you fucking kidding me?’
Blake whispered something into his ear and Blaine laughed.
“What?” David asked.
“Nothing nothing, she just said, ‘I bet he would make a great prostitute with that big mouth of his,’” Blaine answered.
“And to think I cared!” David stated and left.
Jeff was just staring at them, with a mix of jealousy and concern in his eyes.

“I just don’t think it’s going to work Rachel!” Kurt told Rachel on the phone, “He’s just not my type.”
“Are you crazy??!!? He’s cute, he’s outgoing, and he likes you Kurt! He actually shows it! He cares about you!” Rachel protested.
“Yeah, but I just can’t do it Rachel! I’m breaking up with Colton tomorrow,” Kurt replied.
“Is this because of Blaine?” Rachel asked. Kurt sucked in a breath at the sound of his name. When he didn’t answer Rachel asked, “Answer me Kurt, is it because of Blaine?”
“I gotta go Rach, bye.” Kurt quickly hanged up, not giving Rachel an answer. He lied down on his bed, clutched a pillow and sobbed. ‘I bet he’s fucking someone right now. All I was to him was a booty call. I thought he actually cared for me, but who the fuck actually does!?’ he gave a sad laugh in between sobs. Kurt spent the next few hours just sulking, not wanting Monday to come. But it was inevitable.
