Author's Notes: good? review your thoughts! next chapter will dive deeper into the issues with Kurt and Sebastian and will be up tomorrow or the day after.

After rehearsal, when he hears that Kurt took off early, Blaine decides to pay Kurt a visit. He asks Santana for Kurt's address, and giving it to him, she says, "But keep your hooves to yourself, Bambi, he looked even worse leaving than when he came in."

Blaine races to Kurt's apartment and notices that the door is slightly ajar. He knocks, not wanting to be rude, but enters anyway. He locks the door behind him and steps farther into the room.

"Kurt? It's Blaine, where are you?" Blaine called out.

He heard sniffling coming from the room on the left, and he walked slowly towards the door before gently pushing it open.

There he saw Kurt in his bed, crying, nestled in his blanket and pillow fort that he seemed to create, while watching the end of The Notebook. He looked at Blaine with red-rimmed eyes, bit his lip and looked down.

"Blaine, you shouldn't be here," he sniffed.

"I was worried about you, Kurt. I really care about you."

"Blaine, I-," Kurt tried but Blaine cut him off.

"Nope, I'm not having any of that. Now we don't have to talk about it, but I'm not leaving here until I think that you're okay." Blaine answered as he took off his socks and shoes. "Now scoot over, I'm coming in this... contraption you have here."

Kurt gave a humorless laugh.

"Did you want to talk about it?" Blaine asked.

Kurt sniffed and shook his head, bringing the covers up to his neck.

"Let's pick a movie, shall we?" And Blaine started scrolling through movie titles. He stopped and hovered over Moulin Rouge and asked Kurt, "What about a classic?"

"My favorite," Kurt told him, and he wiped his eyes, giving Blaine a small smile.

"Very good, then." Blaine responded and pressed play.

Halfway through the movie, Kurt spoke up. "Has something horrible ever happened in your life that you had no control over?"

Blaine sensed that Kurt wasn't done and let him continue.

"So bad that you did things that you knew you'd eventually regret to try to cover it?" He went on. "And in the end, you just feel... substandard... and cheap. Worthless."

"I know exactly what you mean. When I first came out," Blaine started, "My parents didn't accept me at all, so I rebelled. And I did a lot of things that I wish I could take back. But you can't let those moments define you, Kurt. If you do, you miss out on amazing experiences." Blaine reached out his hand to take Kurt's.

Kurt took it and leaned in closer to Blaine. He rested his head on Blaine's shoulder and they stayed like that until the end of the movie.

When the song "Come What May" played, Blaine hummed along, and as he did, he heard Kurt's voice singing along with it as well. He looked down at him and smiled brightly. Kurt smiled back, the radiance returned like there was nothing ever wrong.

When the song ended, Blaine said, "You have a beautiful voice, Kurt."

"Thanks. You shouldn't have expected any different," Kurt responded looking over his shoulder.

Blaine laughed. "I'm glad you're feeling better."

But he didn't leave then. He stayed for much longer and they watched and sang along to Hairspray and Gypsy and cried together nestled in each other's arms while watching My Sister's Keeper.

Afterward, Blaine put his socks and shoes on to head out, and Kurt followed him to the door.

Right before Blaine left, Kurt planted a single kiss on Blaine's cheek.
