On my mark.
He couldn’t remember much of the previous morning,nor from the following day.
He just remembers the feeling of anger. Of revenge.

Of betrayal. But directed at whom?
Oh, even he couldn't truly pinpoint that.

But if he were being honest (which he most painstakingly is at times) he wouldn’t regret a moment of this past year. He wouldn’t regret his journey from Ohio to Philadelphia. He wouldn’t regret meeting anyone. He wouldn’t regret meeting him. Meeting him was probably the single most important thing he would ever do in his life. More important than acting on his grandfather’s last wish. More important than carrying on the Anderson family name in the name of law and justice.
These were all trivial when compared to meeting Kurt Hummel.

But on this day, in the early balmy heat of a June day, Blaine Anderson, wasn’t quite too sure how he came to be in this predicament, as he turned around and stared down the gun of the aforementioned Kurt Hummel.
