Author's Notes: Thank You Anonfor the prompt.

Blaine couldn't believe what he was remembering, after waking up naked, with a pounding headache. It had to be a dream right?

His father insisted that as a partner in the family law firm, Blaine marry a respectable woman of society. Making it very clear that, Blaine being who he was, was not acceptable.

He had met Katherine through another partner of the firm. Following his father's demanding advice, he dated Katherine, and they were married.

Things had been okay at first. Katherine knew it was a business deal more or less. She was given a monthly allowance, on top of any money that Blaine gave her, in exchange for being his arm candy at company functions.

Things started changing, about five years into their deal. She decided she wanted children. Blaine stood his ground. Theirs was a marriage on paper only, of convenience. There was no way in hell, that he was having sex with a woman. That is not who he was.

His thoughts returned to his current state. He was having strange memories, which felt more like a dream, or a nightmare. The last thing he remembered clearly was Katherine bringing him a beer, while he watched the game. He didn't even remember the ending of the game.

"Shit!" He exclaimed, as he realized it had happened. Katherine must have drugged him. Getting angrier by the second, Blaine jumped out of bed, hurried and dressed, storming into Katherine's room.

"What the fuck was that last night?" He demanded.

"That was me getting what the fuck I want out of this sham of a marriage and another thing." She stood from where she had been sitting at her vanity. "Things will be changing. I will handle all financials; your cellphone will be tracked. It is my job to make sure you live a 'straight' and proper life. So I am in charge now." She spat at him, and walked away.

Blaine stood there stunned. Katherine had just admitted to drugging and raping him. Could it be considered rape, if it was a woman to a man? Or since they are legally married? He took out his phone and called his best friend.

"Sam, hey man. Some shit is going down. I need help." Blaine whispered into his phone. Katherine was on her way back into the room. "You want to disobey me? Then lose your phone." She took the phone from Blaine and threw it against the wall. "Now see who you can get to help you fag ass." He reeled backwards when she made connection between her hand and his face.

Sam wondered what the hell was going on. He had heard Katherine, before the line went dead. Wasting no time, he drove to their residence and started alternating between pounding on the door, and ringing the doorbell.

Katherine had stormed from the bedroom by this point, and hearing Sam at the door, he ran down the stairs. "Hospital, now." He yelled at the other man as he ran past him.

Sam didn't have a chance to question. He ran to his car and drove Blaine to the hospital.

"She fucking drugged and raped me, because she wants kids. This is going to be so humiliating, but I can't let her get away with it. Partnership or not, that bitch is going to fucking pay."

"That is some messed up shit." Sam muttered. Once they reached the hospital, he parked the car and walked in with Blaine, who signed in and took a seat waiting his turn.

"Blaine Anderson." An older woman with kind eyes called out his name. "That...That's me." Blaine stammered as he walked towards her, following her to an exam bay.

"My name is Carole. I am a registered nurse. I will be your nurse during this visit. Can you tell me what brings you to the emergency room tonight?"

Blaine swallowed hard and nodded. "I think I was drugged and raped by my wife. I know that sounds ridiculous, but we aren't married because of love. She is only my wife for purposes of my job."

"Blaine, relax." Carole smiled at the young man. "After I take your vital signs, a doctor will be in, and we will see what he has to say."

Blaine took a deep breath. "Okay. I will try."

Shortly after Carole left the room, a doctor came into his small area. "Mr. Anderson." He said in a non-threatening, authoritative voice. "I am Dr.Noah Puckerman. I have read what you told Carole. We will do a tox screen on your blood, and a rape kit, swabbing for possible DNA. I do have to ask, is there any chance that it was consensual?"

Blaine shook his head. "No way in hell. I am gay. So gay, being with a woman like that, would prevent me from function in a sexual manner."

The doctor wrote some more notes. "Somebody from the lab will be in to take your blood, Carole and I will be back to do the rape kit. I must inform you, I am obligated to report this to the local authorities."

"I am a lawyer, I know." Blaine said quietly.

"Well then I better do my job right. Don't need to get a lawsuit from a lawyer." The doctor joked, trying to put Blaine at ease.

"Corporate law." Blaine commented. "So you are safe."

"Okay, I will be back soon." With that, Dr. Puckerman left.

Approximately a half hour later, at least according to the clock on the wall, a man, Blaine took to be about the same age as him, walked in.

"Mr.Blaine Anderson?" He asked, reading over a sheet of paper, he held in his hand. "My name is Kurt Hummel. I am a phlebotomist with the lab, and I am here to take your blood."

Blaine could only nod. The man about to jab him with a needle, was hot. Even his lab coat could not hide how fit he was. Then his eyes, god they were another subject altogether. Mixed hues of gold, blue, and green. They reminded Blaine of the ocean, with the very early start of the sunrise.

Kurt smiled and tightened a tourniquet around Blaine's upper arm. "There is nothing to be ashamed of. Sorry if I am overstepping, but I wanted to let you know, there are other guy victims of rape, not just by other men, but by women too." He said as he took 4tubes of blood.

"I am not ashamed. More shocked that it happened." Blaine explained. "I never thought she was capable of something like this."

"Victims never think that, when their aggressor is someone they know personally." Kurt replied, as he taped a piece of cotton, tightly over where he had just removed the needle from.

"You seem to know a lot about this." Blaine observed.

"I volunteer at the LGBT center. We have support groups, and one of them is rape and domestic violence." Kurt stopped on his way out the door, turning and laying a small rectangular card on the hospital bedside table. "If you decide to attend, give me a call. I will give you the times and days."

Blaine stared after him as he left, picking up the card and putting it in his wallet. Just as the doctor walked in, his cell phone buzzed. Seeing it was from Katherine, he pressed, what he affectionately calls, the bitch button.

"Okay. Now I will swab your penis, the solutions we use, will tell us if there is any DNA present, and if there is, we will send samples off to the lab. Your wife will also have to give a sample of DNA for testing, which the authorities will acquire."

Three hours, two police officers, and with preliminary test results in hand. Blaine left the ER and walked across the street to Starbucks. He took the card from his wallet. Seeing Kurt's name on the card, with a cell number.

Kurt had just finished his shift, when his phone rang. "Hello, Kurt Hummel speaking."

"Kurt, um, hello. It is Blaine Anderson. I was wondering, if you would mind meeting for coffee. I had some questions about the support group." Blaine talked fast.

"Blaine, yes. There is a Starbucks across from the hospital. I can meet you there." Kurt answered him.

"I am there." Blaine said.

"On my way."

Blaine hung up his phone, and anxiously watched the door
