Author's Notes: Hello everyone! I'm so glad too see almost 90 people reading this fic! It really makes me happy! Anyways here's the newest chapter! The title and first song sung in this chapter is "Stutter" by Marianas Trench. Check out the song to really get into the mood for that part of the story!Anyways enjoy!

Stutter

Blaine arrived to school the next day feeling a little bit better about his chair. If staying in this chair for the rest of his existence meant that he could see that beautiful blue eyed boy again then he'd never resent the wheelchair again. Blaine felt himself blush as he found images of the boy soon occupied every space of his mind. It's a feeling Blaine slowly became accustomed to over the past few hours. That little interaction left Blaine wanting more. He wanted to know everything about this boy from where he came from to what's his favourite breakfast cereal. He needed to know Kurt.

Occupied with his infatuation, Blaine didn't notice the crowd gathering around the school ramp. Really only Blaine and Artie used it, but it became a usual mode of transportation for those who could walk. Apparently taking stairs was so overrated. With frustration, Blaine turned himself to go to the other ramp at school. The steepest ramp at Lima. Blaine hated this.

Blaine reached the ramp and just sat there at the end of it, physically and mentally preparing for this journey of sorts. He didn't notice a pair of footsteps coming towards him but he did notice when a semi-familiar voice called to him.

"Hey Blaine! What are you doing?" a melodic voice said. Blaine whipped his chair around to face the man that has been occupying his mind for the past 24 hours.

"Hi Kurt, um I was just preparing to go up this ramp. You see it's kind of steep", Blaine mumbled the last part, a little ashamed.

"Oh I could help you up if you want," Kurt offered with a soft smile.

Blaine thought about this for a moment, at the same time he was kind of embarrassed that the boy that was constantly on his mind had to always aid Blaine in well, everything. But, at the same time it could give him a chance to learn more about Kurt, something Blaine is absolutely starving to do. "Sure," Blaine finally replied returning Kurt's smile.

"Let's go before class starts then," Kurt said, taking a grip on Blaine's wheelchair handles and pushing Blaine up the steep ramp. Blaine could feel Kurt's struggle pushing Blaine up. Even the strongest of the football team could have trouble on this ramp, he didn't blame Kurt. Blaine took hold of the wheels and began to turn them, trying to ease the pressure on Kurt. After what felt like forever to Blaine and Kurt but in reality was only a few seconds, they reached the top. Blaine thanked Kurt and the two began strolling into the school until they reached Blaine's locker. Kurt got the books Blaine couldn't reach and Blaine closed his locker. He turned to Kurt after.

"Listen Kurt, I wanna get to know you more. I'd like for you to be my friend. Maybe go out with coffee with me?" Blaine asked. "But I have glee practice after school so maybe after that?"

"I'd love to Blaine but what's glee?" Kurt asked genuinely confused.

"Glee. It's a club where we sing and dance and just be total goofballs together. Its fun you should check us out," Blaine said. He knew that currently the New Directions were thirsty for members. Despite the new kid, Sam Evans, joining last week. They were still a few members short. "Meet us in the choir room after school if you're interested." With that and a smile, Blaine wheeled past Kurt and to his first class.

Kurt Hummel was a natural born lover of music and singer. He'd been belting out the Les Miserables soundtrack ever since he was seven. So when someone gives him an opportunity to sing, Kurt Hummel is gonna fucking do it. He also had to admit that part of the reason he's wandering around McKinley looking for the choir room is so he can meet that sweet boy in the wheelchair. Ever since he's met Blaine he's smiled more. He hadn't realized that until his father had pointed it out over this morning's breakfast. Of course Blaine is the first thing in a long time that has given Kurt a reason to smile. Ever since his father's heart attack two weeks ago, Kurt's been having trouble recovering from the traumatic experience. Especially, since he had to go through it alone. But now Blaine is in his life, practically screaming to him, 'You're gonna be okay.'

But Kurt doesn't feel so okay now. He's already passed a certain classroom three times. He doesn't even recognize this part of the school. 'This is what you get for trying to navigate your way while you're new Kurt', he thought. Kurt was about to give up, just go home and tell Blaine the next day he couldn't find the choir room until he heard the sound of voices piecing together in harmony.

Here I am

You can take or leave me

But I won't ever be anywhere from here

It was Blaine. Kurt could recognize it. So he ran in the direction of the voices and finally found the choir room. He peeked in to see a bunch of kids singing along to Blaine's lead.

Sing it back!

Oh oh oh whoa whoa whoa whoa!

The other kids were good but Blaine just stole the show. The song though unrecognizable to Kurt was very catchy and he found himself rapidly swaying to the music. Even Blaine and another kid in a wheel chair were dancing in their chairs and rolling around with out a care in the world. Blaine wasn't exaggerating with his description of glee. Everyone radiated so much happiness and energy. Kurt knew this club is where he belonged.

Kurt caught the attention of Blaine who looked at him with more happiness than Kurt had ever seen in him. Blaine looked directly at Kurt to sing his next line.

Stutter

Did I?

Blaine motioned Kurt to follow him. Kurt soon found he didn't only have Blaine's attention. The entire club was welcoming him with big smiles. They finished their song with Kurt dancing with them and even joining them in their singing of oh's and whoa's. They all cheered after the last melody played and went into a group hug, Kurt included. Yup, Kurt sure did feel welcome. They all broke away after some time to face Blaine where he was sitting in front of the club.

"First of all, I'd like to thank newbie Sam Evans for giving us the song to sing. Great choice Sam! It's definitely going into consideration for sectionals," Blaine stopped to let everyone congratulate Sam, who Kurt noticed was the blonde male, "Second, I'd like to introduce our new visitor Kurt! He's new to the school and is still trying to figure things out I imagine."

Kurt accepted the club's welcome then added to Blaine's little introduction, "I'm also thinking about auditioning. I love to sing."

The club looked super excited at that and went to take their seats at the other side of the room, now looking expectantly at Kurt. Kurt was suddenly nervous. What if he didn't meet the club's expectations? Would they ridicule him? He doesn't even have a song prepared! As if Blaine could some how read his mind he asked, "What song would you like to sing Kurt?"

"Um," Kurt picked the first song coming to mind, "Defying Gravity?"

"Of course," Blaine nodded, and he gave a gesture to the band. Kurt was really nervous despite being able to sing this song in his sleep. He took a deep breath and started to sing. The club looked in awe as his successfully hit note after note until he finished with a flawless high F. His ears were met with roaring applause and even some standing ovations and even a, "Preach!" from the other kid in a wheelchair. Kurt truly felt happy. He felt even happier when Blaine rolled up to him and faced the club.

"Kurt, welcome to the New Directions!"
