Blaine walked outside and watched the new directions dance and sing about new York where nationals were being held. Kurt took a second to find Blaine but when he did they walk to a table where they needed to talk.
Blaine looked at Kurt, “what is wrong with me being friends with Sebastian?”
“I don’t like it. I mean I hate him, he is evil, last year he and Santana had challenge and after he slushied her, this was all while we were dating. He dumped me over the summer and any time we would go out he would dance with other guys. I’m sure he cheated on me the whole time we dated.”
“Oh, he never said anything about you,” Blaine said looking away.
“did you two ever date?” Kurt asked harshly.
“No,” Blaine said, “I mean, we hooked up once or twice but we are just friends.”
Kurt choked and stood up. “No, no, no.” Kurt stuttered and covered his mouth. It took Blaine a second to realize why Kurt was upset. Sebastian was cheating on Kurt with Blaine, and so many others.
“Kurt please. If I would have know.” Blaine started reaching out to Kurt. He pulled from Blaine’s reach and backed away.
“I can’t even speak to you right now.” Kurt said, he had tears in his eyes and he just walked away heading towards the buildings.
Blaine groaned, so angry with himself and his so called best friend. Blaine ran back towards the school and went to his brother’s classroom.
“Cooper!” He spoke but the classroom was empty. He sat down and hung his head. He couldn’t believe what happened. Sebastian was an ass but after what happened when Blaine left Dalton he was the only one that thought Blaine was right to turn the teacher in. They talked about everything. And Blaine wasn’t popular in the least bit at McKinley so Sebastian would take him out. He only dated Justin because he was Sebastian's good friends.
Blaine didn’t even know what to do but the lunch bell rang and he needed to head to theater. He walked out the classroom and saw Kurt talking to Mercedes. He dipped his head and saw Finn slam his locker and tell Rachel, “I can’t even look at you right now.”
Blaine looked at Finn as Finn started to sing, “you and me, We used to be together, Everyday together. Always”
Blaine looked over to Kurt as halls started to clear, he sang,” I really feel, That I’m losing my best friend I can’t believe This could be the end.”
Rachel started walking to Finn as Mercedes walked away from Kurt. Kurt looked at the pictures in his locker as he and Rachel started to sing, “It looks as though you’re letting go And if it’s real Well I don’t want to know.”
Rachel put her hand on Finn’s arm but he turned to her and they sung, “Don’t speak I know just what you’re saying So please stop explaining Don’t tell me cause it hurts.”
Blaine walked over to Kurt who just turned away, they sung, ” Don’t speak I know what you’re thinking I don’t need your reasons Don’t tell me cause it hurts.”
As Finn and Kurt walked away from their significant others they sung. ” Our memories Well, they can be inviting But some are altogether Mighty frightening.”
Blaine put his head to a locker and hit it with his fist and Rachel wrapped her arms around her torso, “As we die, both you and I With my head in my hands I sit and cry.”
At the end of the hall Finn looked back at Rachel as they sung, “It’s all ending I gotta stop pretending who we are…”
Rachel had tears in her eyes, “You and me I can see us dying….Are we?”
Finn walked away and Blaine turned to Rachel with matching faces of heartbreak they chase after Kurt and Finn singing, “Don’t speak I know just what you’re saying So please stop explaining Don’t tell me cause it hurts No, no Don’t speak I know what you’re thinking I don’t need your reasons Don’t tell me cause it hurts Don’t tell me cause it hurts!” They ended at a four way stop where the boys waited.
Kurt looked at Blaine as Finn looked at Rachel singing, “I know what you’re saying So please stop explaining.”
Blaine and Rachel sung over the boys, “Don’t speak! Don’t speak! Don’t speak! Oh!”
Finn looked at the trio and then to Rachel, “I know what you’re thinking And I don’t need your reasons I know you’re good, I know you’re good, I know you’re real good oh!”
Finn started walking towards his class singing with the other boys, “La la la la la la La la la la la la.”
Rachel sang over the harmonies. “Don’t, Don’t, uh-huh Hush, hush darlin’ Hush, hush darlin’.”
“Oh, la la la la la la La la la la la la.” Kurt gave Blaine one last once over before walking away.
Blaine, Kurt, Rachel, and Finn cried, “Oh! Don’t tell me cause it hurts!” They stopped and looked at each other saying softly, “Don’t tell me tell me cause it hurts! Don’t tell me cause it hurts…”
