Blaine walked into his English class and saw Kurt sitting alone. He shyly sat down and smiled at Kurt.
“Missed you at lunch.” Kurt commented.
“I was with my brother.” Blaine replied before he realized Kurt was looking for him at lunch. It gave him butterflies for a second.
“Rachel told me. You’re brother is a great actor, I love him on HBOs River we have like 7 more episodes in the season and he wont give me any spoilers.” Kurt said.
Blaine laughed and shook his head, “I liked him better doing commercials. And as the serial killer in CSI two part season finale.”
“I’ve never seen his commercials.” Kurt said pulling his phone out.
“They are old, Kurt. His first time on tv as the free credit score dot com guy. That was almost 6 years ago.” Blaine said.
“So is it your mom or dad that shared the performing jeans?” Kurt asked.
“Neither, my dad owns Copy Save Print, and my mom works with him.” Blaine said, “I know my mom can dance though other then that Cooper taught me everything and he taught himself.”
“Ms July was talking about your tap number. I’ve always wanted to tap dance but my rhythm isn’t in my feet.” Kurt said.
“You danced pretty well today.” Blaine said.
“Thanks but I’m not that good. I can do any ballet position, or basic show choir move, but tell me to put them together by myself and you will get a whole lot of nothing. I’m a copy cat, show me and I’ll do it.” Kurt said.
“I guess I will have to show you how to tap one day.” Blaine said in a Flirty tone.
“I look forward to it.” Kurt replied then sighed quickly opening his book to attempt the extra credit assignment on the board.
“When are auditions for west side story?” Blaine asked after a few minutes.
“Next Friday, Rachel is pre picked as the Maria to your tony.” Kurt said bored, “April loves you and she said that at happy hour last class.”
“Are you going to be in it?” Blaine asked watching Kurt write.
“I don’t know yet. I want to be lead but I’m too gay to play Tony and Rachel and I would just laugh every kissing scene. Though she said I was the best boy she had ever kissed.” Kurt said looking at Blaine laughing, “I’m sorry I’m just going to stop talking.”
“No don’t, I mean, that’s funny. I’ve never even kissed a girl outside of my acting career.” Blaine said.
“Huh, I thought you were bi, I owe Santana five bucks.” Kurt said.
“What about me says bisexual.” Blaine whispered with a confused smile.
“I don’t know.” Kurt smiled, “you sat with Sam, looked at Rachel’s boobs, and were picked for the male lead on the first day. But you sing queen like a queen, and checked out my ass.”
“I didn’t look at Rachel’s boobs. I don’t think I did at least. They look fun to play with.” Blaine blushed and Kurt laughed so hard the English teacher told him to quite down. ” Sam was just being nice, and I was admiring your jeans.”
“Santana and Rachel tell me everything you were checking out my ass, not my lucky brand jeans.” Kurt said.
“I thought we were talking about how I appear to be bisexual.” Blaine said his cheeks red with embarrassment.
“I changed the subject, you’re really cute when you’re flustered.” Kurt said making Blaine blush more.
“What are you singing at the gala tonight.” Blaine asked.
“Being alive, from company.” Kurt said changing the tone of the conversation.
“I’m familiar with the song. I can’t wait to hear you sing it. I’m sure you will knock it out of the park.” Blaine said.
“You confuse me new kid. To be a 9 upon entree and not sound like a flaming theater kid is a breath of fresh air.” Kurt said but the bell rang before he could explain himself futher. “See you tonight.”
“Bye Kurt.” Blaine said. He sat for a moment absorbing all the conversation he just shared with Kurt. He was almost sure Kurt liked him back.
