Author's Notes: This was hard to write, I hope I did it justice. disclaimer, I googled what I could about the law system but not much so just play with me here. I'm sorry for those law and pre-law Klainers that know I'm wrong.
"Benson, Stabler, I need to show you something." Dr. Warner said. The detectives when down to the medical examination room and pictures of the bite marks across Blaine's chest and his back are pulled up. Stabler hadn’t seen the photos yet and when he did he winced.
"These bite marks are from two different people. Did Blaine tell you he was with another person?" Warner asked.
"He said he was messing around with Andrew Thursday night." Benson said looking at the picture marks.
"I'll just make a phone call, Stabler go talk to Nathan, something telling me they fight because they were lovers." Benson says as Stabler nodded his head and walks out.
"While your on the phone with him, tell him he is clean of all STI and STD's" Warner said and she when to a folder to finish another case.
Benson walked upstairs and called Santana's number. "Hello." Santana said in a tired voice.
"Santana, its detective Benson is Blaine around."
"No, I just put him to sleep, Kurt had to work so we canceled the movie and he started to ache but he refuses to take his pills, so I gave him some sleep tea and hoped that that would help." Santana said honestly.
"Did you notice bite marks before Friday?"
"Um, well we have aerobics together and he had one on his hip that he let show while running. But he was telling me about the night before, Andrew introduced him to stuff that he liked, and biting was one. I thought it was weird, but he told me I should try it and not to knocked it until I do. But now that I see him I don’t think I will ever let someone bite me." Santana didn’t hide the disgust in her voice.
"Thank you Santana, and tell Blaine the test came back clear of STD and STI " Santana thanked detective Benson and they hung up. Benson made her way to interrogation room 2 where Andrew stood pacing the floor.
"I don’t understand why I was arrested. I never raped anyone,” he said as soon as detective walked in.
"Where were you Friday night around 9 and 12?" Benson took a seat and Andrew followed suit.
"I don’t remember, I got drunk when to a bar,” Andrew said passively.
"Blaine Anderson, was raped around that time and you were nowhere to be found." the detective gave a hard voice and leaned into the young mans face.
"I would never hurt Blaine, I like him so much I probably love him if I even knew what love was. I told him to go to sleep in my bed right before I left and I came back hoping he would be there and he was gone." Andrew was appalled by the accusation. He would never hurt Blaine.
"Are you sure about that, you said you were drink, you want to know what I think. I think after your fight with your roommate you wanted to take it out on someone. Someone who you knew wouldn't hit you back. You know Blaine has an abusive father. "
"I would never... we were taking thing slow." Andrew sunk his head into his hands. “I was going to break it off with him Friday but he just came to me sad and hurt. I need Blaine in my life; I would never do anything to jeopardize it. "
"Blaine will never talk to you, not after what you did." Benson said leaning back as if she already knew Blaine never wanted to see Andrew after this.
"I didn't do anything. Blaine can't hate me for something I never did. He is my muse, all my artwork is about him, and he come over all the time and sings me songs he has been writing. When I'm with him I don’t need a drink, everyone likes him."
"Even you room mate?"

"How long have you know Andrew?" Stabler said standing up looking down at Nathan who was cool as a cucumber.
"4 years, I met him in high school and we decided to room together in college." he said.
"4 years, you guys must have been really close,"
"Of course, I love Andrew, he's just to skewed up or drunk to notice.
"But he notice Blaine Anderson. The little high school boy takes all your room mate attention." Stabler said. Blaine's name struck a nerve.
"I tried to tell him that he had no future with a boy in high school but he insisted that Blaine was more then just a high school boy."
"Is that what you were fighting about?"
"Yes, he was upset that Blaine hadn't called or text on a few days. I told him that maybe Blaine realized that he didn’t belong. We argue about him all the time."
"So how did you feel when Blaine was there Thursday night getting oral sex from your best friend?"
"I was disgusted, why would he want to deal with a little stupid virgin that doesn’t know anything. I threw Blaine out of the house and told him not be around when I was."
"Is that how you treat all of Andrew's boyfriend, with jealous rage."
"I was Andrew's boyfriend, I still am, and just because we're friends with benefits doesn’t me we can fall in love with each other."
"So then what, Friday you come home and there he is wasted on your couch. I bet you got really upset. So you tried to play it off, tell you friend he should come with you for a smoke. But he goes and protects Blaine from everything you bring inside. Locks Blaine up in his room and you get upset. So you invite everyone to the bar for some drinks. You get there and he can't stop talking about Blaine. You punch him tell him he need to dump Blaine. You both get kicked out the bar you hurry home and rape Blaine. You tear him apart and bite because that what you walked in on; Andrew biting him. So you let Blaine think this is Andrew. You hand cuff him to the bed. Had you way with him then drop him out your car a few blocks away."
Nathan grips the table and speaks through his teeth. "Blaine took him from me, Andrew likes it rough, Blaine need to know that if he kept up with Andrew, how he wanted it. Andrew was lying to himself saying that being with Blaine would make everything better. He belonged with me. And the bitch stepped in and took him from me. So I hand cuffed him to the bed and showed him how really boys fuck." Nathan yelled and Stabler handcuffed him.

Detective Benson sat in the quite courtroom Nathan Price managed to get lawyer and over night decide to get a plea barge dropping 10 years to the pre-establish 25 years no probation.
Casey Novak argued and the said the evidence that this man couldn't walk free so the case has gone to jury to decide how long. Casey came to Benson upset, "This means Blaine will have to testify." The women walked out the courtroom as another case walked in. "I'll go talk to Blaine about it, this is going to be harder then I though, not all of those marks are from Price." Benson said.
"Well, I'm going to need better documentation for the case, I'll work with Warner to see what all I can get."
"I need to stop by the station and tell El what happened." The women parted ways.
Benson was walking towards her desk just as her eyes cause the brunette in a green dress with a bright pink half jacket on, he was pacing by the coffee machine when Benson walked over to Santana "Santana what's going on?"
"They took Blaine, while I was at school, they came around lunch and my nana didn't stop them." Santana said in a rush.
"Who are they?" Benson asked.
"Blaine's parents, there has to be something you can do." Santana begged. Benson looks at Stabler who was still at his desk listening.
"We'll go get him, and his parents need to know what's going on anyway, come on you can ride with me." Benson told Stabler she will be right back and Santana told her Blaine's Address.

"Stay in the car, Santana," Benson ordered. If it were any one else, adult or friend, she would protest but she trusted Olivia so she nodded.
Detective Benson walked up to the brick house keeping an ear for any sudden movements inside. She knocked on the door and no one answered so she knocked again soon a woman came to the door, she was very slim and she had an apron on, her hair was pined back with tons of bobby pins she had the same jet-black curly mess of hair Blaine did. This must be Blaine's mother. "Can I help you?" The woman spoke soft and timidly. She didn't have Blaine's eyes though, these were a soft blue that contracted with her hair and skin to make her look very young but her laugh lines and crows feet said differently.
"I'm Detective Benson with Special Victims, I'm looking for Blaine Anderson." Benson said.
"What do you want with my Blaine I just got him back, he keeps running away," she said in a panicked voice looking at her chest.
"Mrs. Anderson if I could just come in."
"Mom," Blaine called from the back of the house. He stepped in view of he door and saw detective Benson, "Let her, she's my friend it’s ok." Mrs. Anderson stepped to the side and let Benson in.
"Blaine, where is your father?" Benson asked.
"In his study," Blaine said with a dead eco in his voice.
"Blaine I'm not feeling well, will you bring me some medicine." Mrs. Anderson said with an additive twitch to her.
"Mom, you just took pills, and you drank half a bottle of wine."
"Just bring me my pills Blaine,” she nearly yelled causing Blaine to jump.
He returned with two blue pills and a glass of water. His mother whispered a thank you and took her pills while Blaine asked what the detective wanted.
"Santana called, she said your parents came and got you. And she wanted me to come check on you. And there is more, Nathan is taking this to jury so you’re going to have to testify." Benson said in a sympathetic voice. Blaine bit his bottom lip and closed his eyes.
"Dance with me." Mrs. Anderson took Blaine by the hand and span her. "Not now mommy," he said, "Can you check on dinner for me, just make sure nothing is boiling."
"Tu la fa americano, " she sang while she walked into the kitchen only singing louder.
"She is high right now, her meds take her to happy places in her life and she use to dance in Italy" Blaine explained looking through the doors listening to his mother sing. "She wasn't always like that, just the last 5 or so years." Blaine continued.
"Blaine, shut your mother up I'm working on a case," Mr. Anderson called from upstairs.
"I can't she is having a flash back." Blaine called back.
Mr. Anderson came down the stairs from the kitchen and he said something to Blaine's mother to cause her to shut her mouth. Then he came around the corner, "That easy" then he noticed the detective.
"Can I help you?" he said.
"I'm Detective Benson with special victims, you removed your son from a safe house earlier this afternoon. I just came to check to see if he is ok."
"Safe house, he was with some girl like he always is."
"Dad, honestly," Blaine didn't dare to look in the mans eyes. “You might not want to hear it but Santana has a girlfriend and l am gay, stop trying to put us together, it’s never going to happen." Blaine voice still hollow.
"That's fucking disgusting Blaine, I told you we will never talk about your disgrace in this house." Mr. Anderson said, "Look at me," he hissed.
Glass broke in the kitchen. "Mom!" Blaine walked into the kitchen followed by Benson and Mr. Anderson. She was up high on the counter trying to get plates from to top of the cabinet.
"What are you doing up there mom," Blaine rushed to help her down avoiding the glass bowl she dropped.
"I was getting the good bowls for your guess," The senile woman began to rant on how she dropped it. Blaine took a towel from the drawer and picked up the glass wincing as he bent down.
"No, Blaine you'll cut yourself." His mother came beside him and helped Mr. Anderson just shook his head. The glass was thrown anyway and Blaine's mother when to bring him into a hug but Blaine jumped and winced as she put her arms around his waist. He took her hands off of him. "Detective Benson, do I get to go back to Santana's house or now that my parents are back I have to be here?" Blaine looked up at her.
"It's up to you, but Blaine, we need to tell you parents."
"Tell me what?" Both of them said the same time, Mr. Anderson full of anger and hate, Mrs. Anderson full of worry. "Blaine, tell them what happened this weekend, and why you want to be with Santana,"
"Don't even start talking, let me get my lawyer on the phone." Mr. Anderson reached into his pocket. "You sir, are not going anywhere."
"Damnit dad why don't you call the psychologist, I was raped Friday night, and you could careless so I'm staying with Santana's grandma, and soon I have to testify against the bastard who did this to me. Not everything is about you." Blaine stormed out the kitchen through the dinning room somewhere a door slammed.
"Wait, what?" Mrs. Anderson's fragile voice said.
"Lets go to the Den," Mr. Anderson said leading his wife and Benson towards a small area that was equipped with a full bar several seats and seasonal decorations by the fireplace. He walked right to the bar, "Do you mind Detective?" as he poured himself a drink.
Olivia shook her head no, "Blaine has been hanging out with a much older crowd lately, you might not have noticed with your work schedule."
"I notice, he is never home he runs and hides from all of us." Mrs. Anderson said not looking at anyone but her eyes darting all over the room.
"What does he mean he was raped?" Mr. Anderson asked after a sip of his drink.
"Well, he was seeing a man and the mans boyfriend got upset and raped and tortured Blaine as his way to tell Blaine to back off." Olivia had to choose her words carefully.
"Why, he knows I don’t accept that shit in my house." Mr. Anderson had his back to the detective.
"Well to my understanding...." Detective Benson stopped as she heard the front door fly open. She turned her head and caught the bright green and pink Santana running up the stairs. Benson snaps and followed the girl.
Santana received a phone call from Blaine's real phone and it was Blaine crying and the shower was running. Santana sprang into action running into the house, bolting up the stairs, and kicked the door open. Blaine was sitting on the floor. The bathroom was a complete mess. Things were ripped off walls drawers thrown all around. His mothers pills decorated the floor in tons of colors the shower caused everything to get wet. There were razors thrown at the wall leaving the blades everywhere, Santana saw blood on one razor as it led towards Blaine. She ran to him and grabbed him franticly checking his wrist he fought her off of him but she saw there was no blood coming from his wrist. By then everyone was upstairs detective Benson froze at the door, Mrs. Anderson screamed, "My pills," she ran and tried to pick up as many as she could. She was yelling at Blaine in Italian, and Mr. Anderson walked into the bathroom and turned off the water before it over filled the tub causing the bathroom to flood.
"Blaine where are you cut," Santana said holding him looking seeing that there was a razor by his foot and the source of the blood.
"I called you and you came," he said, "you promised me you would come if I felt that way and you did," he continued to ramble as Santana managed to get him in her lap and hold him their the way a mother should, instead of trying to pick up her pills.
Blaine was shaking uncontrollably in her arms; she tried to shush him even rubbed her hand down his back in a soothing manor. She looked up desperate to find a way to calm him down. She hummed and found a song just by looking at the angels in the painting.
Well I heard there was a secret chord
that David played and it pleased the Lord
But you don't really care for music, do you?
Well it goes like this
The fourth, the fifth,
The minor fall and the major lift
The baffled king composing Hallelujah
Hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah...

The sounds of water draining out of the tub and Mrs. Anderson was crying over her pills and Mr. Anderson was on the phone played over Santana's soft voice but Benson only heard Blaine's cries begin to stop.
Baby I've been here before
I've seen this room and I've walked this floor
You know, I used to live alone before I knew you
And I've seen your flag on the marble arch
and love is not a victory march
It's a cold and it's a broken Hallelujah
Hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah...
There was a time when you let me know
What's really going on below
But now you never show that to me, do you?
But remember when I moved in you
And the holy dove was moving too
And every breath we drew was Hallelujah
Hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah...

Mrs. Anderson was quite; she looked for the soothing sounds. There was a hard voice coming from Mr. Anderson; He let his door slammed and his voice was silence, no more water was in the drain and Santana’s voice was echoing in the bathroom undisturbed.
Maybe there's a God above
All I've ever learned from love
Was how to shoot somebody who outdrew you
And it's not a cry that you hear at night
It's not somebody who's seen the light
It's a cold and it's a broken Hallelujah
Hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah...
End Notes: Song used was Hallelujah listen to the Kate Voegele version if you want to hear a girl singing it. I know it just stopped abruptly and please tell me what your think. up next Blaine goes to group therapy.
