He drowns in his dreams,
An exquisite extreme I know,
He’s as damned as he seems,
And more heaven than a heart could hold,
Olivia took a seat on the couch as Santana sang her part.
And if I try to save him
My whole world could cave in
It just ain't right
Lord, It just ain't right
He's magic and myth
As strong as what I believe
A tragedy with
More damage than a soul should see
And do I try to change him?
So hard not to blame him
Hold on tight
Hold on tight
Oh and I don't know
I don't know what he's after
But he's so beautiful
Such a beautiful disaster
Blaine harmonized with her
And if I could hold on
Through the tears and the laughter
Would it be beautiful?
Or just a beautiful disaster
Blaine takes the next verse very strong,
I'm longing for love and the logical
But he's only happy hysterical
I'm waiting for some kind of miracle
Waited so long
I've waited so long
Santana harmonized then took the end
He’s soft to the touch
But frayed at the end he breaks
He’s never enough
And still he's more than I can take.
Blaine speeds up the music and they sing it together
Oh 'cause I don't know
I don't know what he's after
But he's so beautiful
Such a beautiful disaster
And if I could hold on
Through the tears and the laughter
Would it be beautiful?
Or just a beautiful disaster
Blaine slowed the piano down and Santana looked at him and sung.
He’s beautiful
Lord he's so beautiful
Such a beautiful disaster
Blaine gave it a classical ending and wrapped his hands around Santana's waist and murmured thank you in her stomach. She hugs him back, and patted his back. Blaine turned to Detective Benson and gave her a fair smile. "We express everything through song, it's just what we know and it makes everything easier to say." Santana said swiping a silent tear from her eye. "Cry fest is over, what did you have detective?"
"I need to take Blaine's official statement and compare it to what you and Kurt and Rachel have said.
"Rachel knows?" Blaine said in a panic.
"Kurt was the last person you called on your phone, so we when to his house and she and Kurt's brother told up how the week played out." Benson said. "They don’t know what happen to you. You can tell them all when you’re ready."
Santana sat next to Blaine on the small piano stool and took his hand. "Blaine its' ok, tell me, just tell me about this week and how everything happened. Because I know Blaine," Santana said as Blaine's hazel honey eyes watered, "I told you last night, I know, please. Just lets start with Monday, when you when to coffee."
Blaine took a long breath. "Andrew and I we really like each other, and he is a few years older then me but I don’t really care, and he doesn’t either, but what he hates is that he drinks all the time and when ever were together I end up drinking too. So he asked me if what I did when I wasn’t with him I told him hang out in the coffee shop, so the people we drink with, his friends Abigail, Jason, and Nathan came with us to talk over coffee. It was really nice, after Andrew and I when to go see a movie. Then we talked a lot though the week text mostly, on the phone he got me so my dad wouldn’t see who all I've been texting and talking to all the time. We mostly talked about how he didn’t want me to become like him and that I should just go. I begged him not to and we when to go see each other Thursday night and we were messing around all the hickeys are from Thursday night. But I told him I didn’t want to have sex yet, and that we should be official before anything happened. Then Nathan walked in on us and he told me to get out I never saw Nathan so angry before. So I run out of the house and I get home and my dad’s car was there, I knew he wasn’t there long he would have parked in the garage."
"So I go to my room and pass out from exhaustion. The next day at school everything was fine, it was only my dad's car I didn’t see him when I got ready. At school Andrew didn’t text me, so I text him first right after the bell. You remember what happened over coffee, well when you and Kurt asked me if I wanted to go to that bar and I said no because Andrew text me saying we need to talk. I wish I would have just gone with you." Santana put her arm around Blaine and rubbed his shoulder.
"What happened after that?" Santana asked in a soothing voice.
"I went home to change and my dad's car was still there so I though maybe he had to go over seas and he left his car rather then paying 40 bucks for the airport to hold it. But it was still parked out side I just went in and up to my room, but there he was. He was mad because he found my fake ID so he punched me. Then he saw all the hickeys and got even more upset and slapped me. So I ran out the house and called Kurt, but you guys already stared to Jersey or Kurt just didn’t have his phone because it went to voice mail. I go over to Andrew's. He was alone and let me in. We talked about my dad and he gave me a beer to calm me down. He knew my face was probably hurting so he mixed me something stronger. It was about 5 and I was pretty wasted just watching TV. Andrew was baking a pizza for us and Nathan came home. He and Andrew were talking in the back and a few more people came in. Andrew told me to go lay in his room cause they had a hookah and he didn’t want me to get addicted to something else. I when to his room and slept for about 3 or 4 hours. I remember Andrew coming in and telling me they were leaving but I can stay the night. He would see me in the morning. I fell back asleep and someone came and turned on this screamo music." Blaine paused, his flesh getting goosebumpy.
“I turned around to tell them to turn it off but some one hit me in the head and I just remember hearing the handcuffs and all the pain was all over my body. I wanted it to just stop I screamed and thrashed and he stood over me and yelled things in my ears and I just blacked out. I remember waking up briefly in a car driving. Then being thrown out of that car and this woman was holding me, then I was in the hospital." Blaine said, his eyes wide, he turned to Santana and cried on her shoulder she just head him with her own tears falling on his shoulder. Detective Benson nodded and left the two heart broken teens.

Detective Stabler walked around the student housing apartments asking if they recognize Blaine. Abigail Gaines was holding her boyfriend Jason Mann's hand and spoke to the detective. "I know Blaine," she said, Stabler walked to her. "Yeah he was here Friday night. We had hookah party with his boyfriend Andrew. But we ran out oh hookah so we when out to a bar."
"About what time did you go to this bar?" Stabler said taking notes.
"Um, I want to say right when it opened about nine. We didn’t leave it after midnight. Well Andrew and his room mate Nathan started to fight so they got thrown out and the rest of us just enjoyed our night." Abigail said. Detective Benson found Stabler to assist him with the arrest.
"Do you know where they went?" Stabler asked he saw his partner come by his side.
"No, I wasn’t paying attention"
"How about what they were fighting about?" Benson asked,
"They were fighting about Blaine. Nathan told him that he was going to go to jail for messing with a minor, and Andrew was just ignoring everything then I stopped paying attention. They fight like a married couple if its not one thing it’s the next." Abigail said. "I've got class can I go?"
"Which room is Andrews?" Benson asked.
"402," Jason spoke for the first time. The couple walked around the corner towards the art school. Benson turned to Stabler. "Lets take both Nathan and Andrew in, Blaine doesn’t know who it was, he kept blacking out, we just need a DNA sample and that we can go to trial with this."
Upstairs the boys were fighting, Stabler banged on the door. "Why does it matter you hated him anyway." Andrew yelled the jerked the door open to Benson and Stabler badges.
"Who the fuck is at the door." Nathan yelled walking towards the door.
"Nathan Price, Andrew Belle, you’re prime suspects in rape case. Your under arrest," Stabler steps into the room and handcuffs Andrew.
"You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say or do can and will be held against you in a court of law. You have the right to speak to an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed for you. Do you understand these rights as they have been read to you?" Benson said handcuffing Nathan; she made his cuff a bit tighter then usual.
"Easy with the cuffs," he said as Benson pushed him out the door.
"Do you prefer them to be attached to bed?" Benson said hotly.
