"So, I'm going to go home, you rest up and I'll see you tomorrow alright?" Blaine nodded sadly and it broke Parker's heart. Why did Blaine have to be stuck here? with the proper medicine and maybe an on call nurse he would be fine. He smiled softly.
"Blaine.... I'll be back tomorrow I promise...."
"I'm... so...lonely...parker....." Blaine muttered inaudibably, Parker wouldn't have heard it if it weren't for the sobs that made the last two words louder than the others. Parker turned around and saw Blaine curled up his bed, he walked over and put a hand on his shoulder. Immediately Blaine attached his lips to Parker's who gasped in both the heat of Blaine's mouth and the surprise of his body relaxing into Blaine's touches. He hated the boy for haing this effect on him, whenever his soft hands ran over his skin Parker would feel his crotch come alive.
"Make love to me....." Blaine whispered in Parker's ear, he shivered and shook his head. Blaine's face fell.
"please....." he said, letting out a little more breath than he intended, arousal clear in his voice, along with other emotions that Parker couldn't pick out. Both boys just sat there staring into each other's eyes before Blaine smiled weakly and adverted his gaze towards the bed. Parker was fighting himself in his head; his heart told him not to but he just felt so bad for Blaine.
"I'm sorry Blaine, your in a rough spot I know, but sweetie, giving your virginity to me isn't the right move.... keep it and cherish it alright?" Blaine's eyes filled with tears as he nodded and let his eyes close tightly. He felt embarassed to no end, here he had just asked his brother's husband to take something he had been saving for his entire life, that he had been saving for Kurt. He cried harder; Kurt........
Parker got up and smiled, whispering a few reassuring words to the paitent before walking out. He leaned against the wall and sighed loudly, unaware that Brenard was watching from behind the main desk. He pushed himself off the wall and walked out of the hospital, getting into his car and driving home.
Brenard walked into his son's room and looked lovingly at the boy asleep on the bed. He missed being able to visit Blaine, of course nothing was stopping him but he always managed to back out at the last second and pass it off as him being busy with his job. Blaine also missed his father's visits and wished that he would talk to him, he needed his father but his father didn't need him and it killed him. He stood there for awhile, just looking and remembering.
It was a cold, winter morning when Shelby yelled out to her husband. Brenard walked into their room, looking at his wife alarmed. She smiled through her pain and nodded her head, signaling it was time for him to get the kids ready to take to the hospital. The Anderson's were expecting their fourth child; a boy whom they hadn't named quite yet. Shelby usually named her babies after she saw them, thinking that the name that popped into her head would be the one that defined and suited them. Between Brenard and Shelby they had had only two children together however, Brenard had one son in a previous relationship, and Shelby the same. They had married in the summer of 1987 and two years later welcomed their first child, Rachel. Their oldest sons, Chase and Sebastian we're now 9 and 10 and were extremely excited about their new little brother coming into the world. Brenard yelled out to the boy's who ran and helped 1 1/2 year old Rachel into her pants.
"Rach! baby brother is coming soon!" Sebastian said, cuddling the smaller girl.
"bb brofther?" She said in broken English while laughing a bit. Chase picked her up and walked to the bedroom where his father was currently helping their mother up and into her jacket. It was mid-April in the year of 1990 as it was freezing outside, Brenard helped his wife into the car and instructed Chase to help everyone into their jackets. The kids filed out; Sebastian jumped into the car excitedly and buckled his seatbelt, while Chase put Rachel in her seat, and got in himself. The drive to the hospital was filled with excited kids and painful screams, some crying could be heard and Brenard's head was already hurting.
" Your about 9 centimetres dialated!" The doctor said, looking the women in the eyes. She nodded and laid her head back on the pillow. Brenard ran a hand through her long brown hair and whispered words of comfort into her ear. It felt like hours before the doctor came back in and checked her.
" It's time to have a baby!" The room sighed in relief as the doctor's and midwives set up for the arrival of their baby. Shelby pushed for twenty minutes, she pushed on last time and the baby slid out with ease and immediately starting wailing, wanting it's mother and a warm blanket.
"It's a boy!" The doctor said, comfirming their feelings of what the baby would turn out to be. Both Shelby and Brenard sighed lovingly as they looked at the newborn whose eyes were open and looking around. Brenard fell in love almost immediately, he looked at his son and thought.
"Blaine.....Blaine Michael...." Shelby said as if read her husband's mind. He looked over at her and smiled.
"Blaine Michael...." The smiled; this would suit him well.
Brenard smiled, remembering the first day he met his son. The day that he thought his son would grow up well, graduate high school, graduate college, and then marry a beautiful girl and have grandchildren; obviously he hadn't thought of his son being gay, or stuck in a Psychiatric hospital for most of his life. Despite what he thought at the beginning of his son's life, when he was admitted to the hospital, and when he came out; Brenard still wanted that for him, maybe not the marrying a girl thing but he knew Blaine wanted children and as long as his son was a father and a good person one day; Brenard could care less. That night Brenard lay in bed and stared at the ceiling, remembering his son through his entire life.
