Author's Notes: Another update, shout out to a reviewer 'Holliano' for the idea of camp becoming harder.enoy xxoxo

Kurt was woken from his peaceful sleep by being jumped on by an eager and wide awake Blaine Anderson.

Kurt groaned, eyes opening, his brows furrowed as he took in what Blaine was wearing.

Blaine grinned down at him, clad in grey jogging bottoms, a vest with an unzipped hoodie over it, and earphones in his ear.

"RISE AND SHINE BABY!" Blaine chuckled at Kurt's confused state, "we're going jogging!"

"Mphnnn" Was Kurt's reply.

Blaine rolled his eyes, pulling the covers off Kurt. "You didn't think I'd forget did you? You asked for this Kurt" Blaine grinned mischievously.

Kurt pouted. Getting up and stretching before making grabby hand for his boyfriend.
Blaine giggled, pulling Kurt into a hug and kissed the top off his head.

"Now, you go freshen up and I'll pick you some clothes suitable for jogging in" Blaine said, gently nudging Kurt towards the bathroom door.

Kurt nodded tiredly, doing as he was told.
Blaine smiled to himself, quickly making Kurt's bed and finding Kurt's grey tracksuit bottoms and a baby blue- long sleeved t-shirt.

He found Kurt brushing his teeth in the bathroom mirror, Blaine grinned kissing his cheek. "Your clothes are on your bed, are you hungry?"

"You're too good for me Mr Anderson" Kurt said, leaning into Blaine's strong arms. "Only a little, have you eaten?"

Blaine shook his head. "No, I went down to the café and bought us an apple each and some coffee"

Kurt perked up, eyes widening. "Coffee? Where?"

Blaine giggled at his boyfriend's adorableness. "It's in the kitchen, get dressed, I'll bring it to you"

"Hmm...gracias" Kurt said grinning.

"De nada" Blaine replied almost absentmindedly.

Kurt stared confused. "You lost me, I only know that one word" Kurt said, blushing lightly.

Blaine smiled. "It means ‘you're welcome', or ‘it's nothing'" He walked into the kitchen, bringing back Kurt's coffee and fruit. He waited patiently for Kurt to finish dressing before handing him breakfast.

"Thanks gorgeous, have you taken your medication?"

Blaine frowned in concentration. "I...I think so, yes! I did!" He said proudly.

"Good boy" Kurt sipped his coffee happily, now completely awake.

"So how far are we running?" Kurt asked.

"I was thinking four mile or so?"

Kurt nearly choked.
"Four miles!?"

Blaine chuckled. "I normally do eight so consider yourself lucky Hummel"
Kurt gaped.

"You're gonna be the death of me Blaine!"
Blaine stuck out his tongue in response, finishing his coffee and fruit before starting some stretches. Kurt watched before joining in.
When they had finished Blaine told Kurt to fetch his iPod and headphone's, Kurt did feeling excited now.
"Ready?"
Kurt nodded, locking up the apartment and following Blaine down the halls.
Once outside Blaine checked his phone.

"Hmmm there's a route that starts about five minutes from here, it heads straight for a mile and a half before it turns back on itself, like one big ass circle!" Blaine said happily.

Kurt nodded showing his understanding.
They walked hand in hand to the start of the route, they reached a wooden turn style, marking the end of the path and the beginning of the running route, they hoped over and Blaine looked at Kurt grinning.

"Try to keep my pace, if not we can go slower okay?"

Kurt nodded smiling.
Blaine hit play on his IPod, waiting for Kurt to do the same.
He set off into a brisk jog;   ensuring Kurt was keeping up with him.
However Kurt was more interested in staring at the way Blaine's ass looked in those pants.

"Kurt I know what you are doing, keep up!" Blaine smirked.
Kurt blushed, jogging a little faster.

About a mile in Kurt began to slow down, eventually he came to a stop and doubled over, hands on his knees. Blaine carried on jogging before he realized his absence and span around, still jogging on the spot.
Kurt started at him ludicrously.
Blaine laughed, "Need a break sweetheart?"

Kurt nodded, trying to catch his breath, after a few minutes he straightened up and they took off again, although Blaine slightly decreased his pace.

An agonizing (according to Kurt) Two hours later, the boys emerged back from where they started. Just in time for a quick shower; which they both appreciated, the warm water soothing their sore muscles, and a change of clothes before they joined their group in the dining hall for breakfast.

When they arrived the whole room was buzzing with loud conversation, looks of worry on peoples face.
The boys were quick to find Katy and Liam.
"Guys, what's going on?" Blaine asked an arm around Kurt's waist.

Katy lent forward. "Apparently, camp is even tougher this year, rumor has it, five people are being sent home from each group, it'll be decided by a solo performance, then it will be up to a panel of judges.

Kurt paled, holding on tighter to Blaine. "It'll be me" Kurt muttered,
Blaine frowned. "What are you talking about? Kurt, your voice is amazing, and you're the only counter tenner in group B, there's no way you're getting sent home baby!" Blaine assured.

Kurt smiled a little, brain racking for a song that will show his vocal range.

"It's just a rumor though right?" Blaine said. "We don't know that it's true?"

Katie nodded slowly. Just then, Jake and Amanda walked in, the room fell silent.
Jake scanned the crowd's nervous faces before speaking.

"As you have all heard, camp beat is sending home five artists from each group, A,B and C. This is correct."
A loud rumble started, Jake stared, waiting patiently for the pupil's attention. Finally there was silence again...

"Each pupil will perform a song, no backup music, just pure voice and an instrument if you wish
to play one, judges will watch each performance, at the end of the day five people will be leaving camp beat...You have till midday to practice, good luck guys!"....

Both boys found themselves back in their apartment, after loads of ‘just one more kiss' and ‘five more minutes' the ended up in different rooms in able to practice.

Blaine sat on the bed, scrolling through his playlists while Kurt sat at the piano in the lounge room waiting for inspiration to hit. His eyes brightened as he pressed his fingers against the piano, the sound radiating beneath his fingertips.

Something has changed within me
Something is not the same
I'm through with playing by the rules
Of someone else's game
Too late for second-guessing
Too late to go back to sleep
It's time to trust my instincts
Close my eyes and leap!

Kurt grinned as he took the chorus with all he had.

It's time to try
Defying gravity
I think I'll try
Defying gravity
Kiss me goodbye
I'm defying gravity
And you won't bring me down

Blaine smiled as he listened from the bedroom, stunned from the amazing performance coming from behind the door, as the song neared the end Blaine opened the door, Kurt finished the last line perfectly, letting out a breath. Blaine clapped his hands loudly, eyes sparkling. "If they send you home after that performance, then there is something seriously wrong with them"

Kurt blushed "Thank you, so what are you singing?"

"I think something's coming from-"

"West side story!" Kurt finished excitedly. "Yes, that will be perfect for you! Let's hear it!"

Blaine chuckled. "Okay" He took a deep breath before winking at Kurt and beginning to sing with a lopsided grin and twinkling eyes, which let anyone watching know how much Blaine loved performing"

Could be
Who knows?
There's something due any day
I will know right away
soon as it shows
it may come cannonballin' down through the sky
Gleam in its eye
Bright as a rose!

Kurt watched as Blaine added some of his own choreography into the song, spinning and twirling, making elaborate hand gestures, always with a huge grin. When the song ended Kurt applauded, smiling widely.

"We're gonna kick ass!"

Blaine chuckled, kissing Kurt's temple.
"You got that right baby...practice again?"
Kurt nodded, fetching two bottles of water.
"From the top" Blaine said, steering Kurt to the piano seat.

Kurt nodded, fingers skimming the keys.
"1...2...3"

Something has changed within me
something is not the same....

Blaine's eyes closed as the sound of Kurt's voice filled the room once more...

Ohhhhh my boys can't get sent home. I would just die.

I got a shout out! :D made my day!!!!!Have a good one! Holliano :)

Hahah, I'm glad, thanks for the idea xx

This chapter was so much fun. I loved the part where they went jogging and thought it was hilarious that Kurt would find himself behind Blaine or physically spent while Blaine was ready to run some more. I think the idea to send people home is really interesting and I am excited to see who gets to stay. I was also really happy to see the songs that you chose for the boys to sing, they are two of my favorites performances that they have done on glee. I am so happy that this story is back.

Wow, thanks, you'll be seeing who get's sent hope shortly, also, THANKS! I love both those performances but they're unfortunatly not as popular as some others. Thanks for reviewing :) Xxx
