Author's Notes: Hey guys, I know this is moving quickly, but believe us when we say there is method to our madness, and the way Blaine reacts to people. It will all be revealed soon, thanks so much for everyones reviews xx

Kurt noticed two of the guys sneaking off down the corridor. He was about to question it when Blaine whispered.
"They've gone to fetch the.... refreshments" He winked.

"How did you know you'd need them? Super confident about winning huh?" Kurt teased.

"Oh you know it babe" Blaine laughed, his eyes twinkling.

Kurt froze at the sparkle in his eyes, telling himself to stop staring but his brain didn't seem to be listening as they remained on the beautiful boy.

Blaine laughed again, but this time nervously, "Kurt, are you okay?"

Shit. "Yeah...I'm fine." He looked around the room. Smiling at the posters and pictures on the walls.

Blaine gave Kurt strange look before he joined their hands together again, smiling widely when Kurt swung their hands back and forth between them lightly.

The two boys that had left were now back, carrying two crates of beers. "The fun has arrived" The taller one joked.

"I thought he was already here," Blaine whispered in Kurt's ear so no one else could hear.

"Who?"

"You silly," Blaine chuckled.
Kurt blushed, nudging Blaine.

"Would you like a beer Kurt?" Blaine asked politely.
Kurt smiled, "Yes please. But hurry back."

Blaine nodded, moving over to where a crowd of warblers had formed. Kurt watched in amusement as Blaine and Wes fought each other for a place in the line. Blaine eventually managed to wrestle Wes the floor, he stood and raised his first in triumph as the guys cheered.

Kurt cheered along and laughed as Blaine came back with two bottles, "Thank-you," Kurt bit his lip as he took his offered drink.

"No problem," Blaine smiled, sipping his own drink.

Nick had finally got his iPod working, and had connected it to his speakers. People immediately began to sing and dance excitedly.

"Dance with me?" Blaine asked, blushing a little at his request.

"Oh-I can't really dance, not when it's not choreographed," Kurt blushed
"It doesn't matter," Blaine shook his head, "Please?"

"I don't..."

"Kurt Hummel," Blaine suddenly announced loudly so the whole room could hear, "May I have this dance?"
Kurt gulped at the many eyes that were suddenly upon him, "Y-Yes, yes you may.

"The song changed to something more upbeat. He couldn't help but grin as Blaine set down their drinks and grabbed Kurt's hand.
"I'm really not that good," He warned again as Blaine pulled him into the centre of the room.

"Kurt, relax. It's a party," Blaine smiled.

"Besides, It's just me. Nothing to be nervous or embarrassed about."

"Just you," Kurt relayed, taking a small breath before he gave up and let his body fall into the beat of the music. Blaine swayed effortlessly next to him, he hesitated a moment, before gently placing his hand on the older boys hip.

Kurt blushed a little bit before he moved closer, wrapping one of his arms loosely around Blaine's neck as they danced. He looked to his left, blushing as he saw Nick and Jeff grinding expertly together, never missing a beat.

He took a deep breath before he tugged Blaine even closer to him, their bodies almost touching as he leant down and whispered in the boy's ear.

"I really like you Blaine," He admitted softly.

"I really like you too, Kurt" Blaine whispered back, pulling Kurt the rest of the way, their bodies now flush against each other. Kurt gasped at the same time Blaine groaned low in his throat.

"You're a pretty good dancer to me," Blaine whispered in Kurt's ear, his breath hot and thick with the scent of beer but voice laced with huskiness. Kurt felt a hot flush creep up his body. "B-Blaine..."

Blaine's eyes flickered down to Kurt's lips, making the older boy lick them self-consciously.

Damn I want to kiss him. Kurt thought.

"Then do it" Blaine said, smirking.

Kurt blushed... "Did I say that out loud?!"

"Just a little bit," Blaine grinned.

"Oh god," Kurt shook his head and stepped away, blushing to the tips of his ears.

"Hey, where are you going?" Blaine frowned.
"I can't believe I just said that out loud, what the fucks wrong with me, like umph- "

Blaine's warm lips were suddenly against his own, moving slowly but surely.
Kurt took a sharp intake of breath before he kissed back, tangling his fingers in Blaine's curls and whimpering gently when Blaine pulled them roughly against each other again.

Suddenly the room filled with a chorus of wolf-whistles and cheers and Kurt pushed Blaine away immediately, his cheeks heating up all over again as he stared at the floor. Blaine looked a little hurt as he cupped Kurt's cheek.

"Kurt? What's wrong...did I do something?"

"Wha-? No, no I just...everyone," Kurt gestured to the warblers still watching them with a blush on his cheeks and a small laugh on his lips. .

Blaine laughed and then pointed to the corner where Jeff was currently kissing down his boyfriend's chest, his shirt on the ground.
"I don't think you're the one who needs to be embarrassed" Blaine winked.

"Oh my God," Kurt blushed and quickly looked away from Nick and Jeff and back to Blaine, who laughed at him again.

"You're cute" Blaine stated, wrapping an arm around Kurt's waist. "A-And that kiss was...wow" He breathed.

Kurt gulped and looked at the floor for a second before he looked up and nodded shyly, "Yeah, it was."

Blaine smiled shyly back .

"I really like you...a lot, Blaine, I...I love seeing you in the coffee shop in the mornings," Kurt blushed, brushing Blaine's curls from his forehead gently.

Blaine's eyes closed at the action. "me too... Kurt when I'm no longer grounded, could we get coffee together? I like you, a lot. But there's things I need to tell you"

Kurt bit his lip and nodded, "I want to know everything about you," He smiled softly.

"Um...Do you think maybe you could kiss me again...if you want?" he ended with a blush and a nervous expression. Kurt hadn't been able to stop thinking about that kiss from the moment he pulled away, as was afraid he was paying too much attention to Blaine's lips than he should be.

Blaine smiled, tilting his head and softly cupping the back of Kurt's neck as he bought their lips together.

Kurt smiled against Blaine's lips, pulling him even closer and just pressing his lips harder against Blaine's when the warblers started yelling and whistling at them again.

Blaine parted his lips slightly, sliding his tongue over kurts bottom lip. Letting out a moan. Kurt shivered, parting his own lips and letting his fingers tighten in Blaine's hair when Blaine's tongue slid in next to his own

Blaine groaned, angling his hips away from Kurts, hoping the boy wouldn't notice his somewhat sudden excitement.

Unfortunately the warblers had other idea.

"Ohh, Anderson, those slacks hide nothing you know," One called.

Blaine pulled away embarrassed, hands coming to hide the now noticeable bulge in his pants . "f-fuck off guys" He stared at his shoes.

Kurt put a hand on his shoulder and pressed a kiss to his forehead, "Ignore them Sweetie."

Blaine smiled a little, trying to concentrate on dead puppies and the time he saw Wes' girlfriend naked. He sighed in frustration when neither worked.

Kurt cupped his face and brushed his thumb back and forth along Blaine's cheek a few times, "You're really beautiful," he whispered before leaning down and pressing a trail of light kisses along Blaine's jaw.

Blaine gasped. His hand shooting out to grab Kurts hair. "O-oh"

Kurt moved down Blaine's neck, biting light at the skin and pulling Blaine against him again

Blaine felt his knees go weak, he clung to Kurt as he tilted his neck. Blaine whimpered as he pressed his hard on against Kurts stomach.

Kurt blushed and held Blaine tighter, "G-God, Blaine."

"Can we not have another Jeff and Nick situation please?" Someone yelled.

Kurt looked over to where Nick and Jeff were pressed against the wall as they rocked against one another, moaning into each other's mouths.

Nick and Jeff's only reaction was to moan louder, and for Jeff to stick his middle finger up into the room.

"M-Maybe we should stop, I mean we haven't really even had a proper date...yet. we're moving pretty fast," Kurt bit his lip, "Is that okay?"

Blaine just nodded, his breathing too heavy, he patted his pockets frantically gasping for air

Kurt frowned, "Are you okay?"

He pulled the blazer Kurt was still wearing off from his shoulders, pulling a small blue inhaler from the pocket.

"Oh," Kurt's eyes widened as Blaine shook the inhaler a few times before breathing it in deeply, "Crap, Blaine..."

Blaine visibly relaxed the second he inhaled. "sorry" he grinned sheepishly.

"You scared the hell outta me," Kurt frowned, pulling Blaine into a tight hug.

"Sorry," Blaine repeated, sighing into Kurt's shoulder.

"Damn, Blaine's boyfriend's kisses cause asthma attacks," Someone yelled, obviously more than a little drunk.

Blaine chuckled, wrapping his arms around Kurt. "shut up David!"

Kurt looked away, unsure how to react but letting Blaine hold him close.

Wes walked over to them, offering them both a slice of pizza. "guys, someone has to break nick and Jeff up before they go any further"

Blaine looked over to see Nicks hands down the back of Jeff's jeans, both their shirts off and flies open. He groaned and shook his head

"can't they keep it in their pants for more than thirty seconds?"

"Apparently not" Wes said.

"They're Kind of hot though" Blaine Added, almost as an afterthought.

Kurt hit him, "Blaine!"

Blaine laughed, "What?"

"They're your friends, that's so weird," Kurt shook his head before he hid it in Blaine's shoulder.

Blaine smiled, kissing his hair. "Are you tired babe?"

"Hm, no," Kurt yawned, sagging against Blaine.

Blaine felt his heart flutter. He picked Kurt up with ease, carrying him over to the made bed.

Kurt clung to Blaine tightly, sighing when his back hit the mattress and frowning when Blaine stood up again, "Where are you going?"

"Bathroom, and then grabbing another beer" Blaine smiled. "Do you need to go? It's just down the hall"

Kurt shook his head, "No, just come back and lie with me, okay?"

Blaine's eyes softened, he gently lay down next to Kurt, wrapping his arms round his waist. Kurt immediately slipped into Blaine's hold, sighing softly "Hmm."

"What about the bathroom?" He asked, playing with the material of Blaine's shirt.
"I can wait" Blaine whispered

Kurt laughed and pushed Blaine gently, "Just go, I'll be here when you get back." Blaine pouted and nodded.

"Dude, on your way back grab your guitar? We can have a Jam!" Wes called.

Blaine bit his lip, "Er, I was kind of just going to...," he paused and gestured to Kurt.
"Oooh, that sounds great, please Blaine?" Kurt said eyes sparkling.

Blaine turned and raised an eyebrow, "I thought you were tired?"
Kurt shrugged and sat up, "I wanna hear."

"Okay, give me two minutes" Blaine said standing up.
"Wait, wait, wait," Kurt grabbed his and pulled him down, pressing a soft kiss to his cheek before he let him go again, "Okay, you can go now"
Blaine gave a dopey grin, his cheeks turning slightly pink.

"Be right back!"

Kurt watched him leave and crossed his legs, settling himself with his head rested on his palm, smiling when Wes sat down beside him, "Hey."

"Hey man, I'm gonna get the 'If you hurt Blaine I'm gonna kick your ass' talk, out of the way. Blaine's like my brother, and I love him. So be good to him, he really likes you Kurt"
Kurt bit his lip, "I...I...I don't know."

"What do you mean?" Wes asked, frowning heavily.

"I made him cry, I don't even know what I did," Kurt said miserably, "I don't' know what I'm doing."

"Kurt, this is the happiest I've seen Blaine, Ever. So don't screw it up by not even giving him a chance."
Wes said, laying a hand on his shoulder.
"It's not that," Kurt shook his head, "I like Blaine, a lot, but I'm kind of worried...I don't want to hurt him without meaning to."

"As long as you're there when he needs you to be, then you won't hurt him." Wes said matter of factly
Kurt let out a breath and nodded, trying for a smile, "Thanks."

Wes nodded back, grinning at Blaine when he came back in the room. Kurt took notice of the careful way he carried the deep blue acoustic guitar through the crowd of boys.
Blaine locked eyes with Kurt and smiled nervously before he turned back to the warblers, "So, what are we jamming?"

"your choice dude" Jeff said, finally detaching himself from his boyfriend to join the circle.
Wes stood up, "I dunno dude, What do you think?"

Blaine coughed awkwardly and strummed lightly against the chords, "I was actually thinking something for Kurt, if that's okay?"
Kurt blushed, smiling at Blaine. His heart beating faster in anticipation.

Nick smiled and grabbed Jeff's hand, pulling him into the corner of the room and pulling him as close as possible, resting their heads against each other's softly with their hands entwined.
Blaine smiled nervously, strumming the guitar and making it look easy and completely natural like breathing air.

Kurt was hypnotised from the first chord, gulping heavily when Blaine lock eyes with him as he played.

Lyin' here with you so close to me

It's hard to fight these feelings when it feels so hard to breathe

Caught up in this moment

Caught up in your smile

Kurt watched in amazement, his mouth falling open.

I've never opened up to anyone

So hard to hold back when I'm holding you in my arms

We don't need to rush this

Let's just take it slow

Blaine gulped, he'd purposely picked this song. He just couldn't think of a song that described how he felt at this very moment better than this one. Every lyric fitted perfectly.

Just a kiss on your lips in the moonlight

Just a touch of the fire burning so bright

No I don't want to mess this thing up

I don't want to push too far

Just a shot in the dark that you just might

Be the one I've been waiting for my whole life

So baby I'm alright, with just a kiss goodnight

Kurt felt tears prick at his eyes as Blaine gave the performance everything he had.

The older boys fists gripped the sheets as he watched opened mouthed, not noticing the way most of the Warblers were laughing good naturedly at his reaction.
Wes and David stepped forward. Oo-ing and ah-ing at the right moments as a tall, muscular guy echoed the base with low notes.
Jeff gave nick a grin, pulling him into the circle as they too began to sing. Harmonizing with each other.

Kurt could feel the goose bumps rise on his arms and the hair on the back of his next stand on end. The Warblers definitely deserved to win, hands down.

Kurt stood shakily, standing next to Blaine. He looked him in the eyes as he bravely took the next verse. Trying to show Blaine that he felt the same way.

I know that if we give this a little time

It'll only bring us closer to the love we wanna find

It's never felt so real; no it's never felt so right

Blaine's fingers faltered on the strings for a second when Kurt first started to sing, his cheeks heated up and his heart starting to beat faster as the boy's higher, velvet voice seemed to almost caress his ears.

They finished the song together alternating their verses. The warblers broke out into applause the moment the last note had ended. But Kurt and Blaine were frozen still, staring at each other.

The silence hung low over them for a second before Kurt walked forward and smashed their lips together awkwardly over the guitar that was still cradled in Blaine's grasp.

Blaine kissed back desperately, however they were interrupted by a loud buzzing from Blaine's pocket. He groaned, giving Kurt an apologetic look.
Kurt just shrugged and smiled, watching Blaine as he pulled the phone out of his pocket and his expression turned to horror, "No. No. NO!"

"What's wrong?....Blaine?" Kurt asked, stepping forward and gasping when Blaine pushed past him, the guitar falling to the floor with a loud crash painfully close to Kurt's' feet.

Kurt made a snap decision and chased after him.

"Hello, Sir. I can explain...Dad...Sir" Blaine was trembling as he tried to reason with the man on the phone.

Kurt watched in terror as Blaine eyes filled with tears and the man on the other end yelled so loud Kurt could even pick out the odd word.

"The bus...has a flat. I can't get back" Blaine whimpered.
"They sent out another bus" Blaine added, trying to think quick on his feet.

"No I just-I was gonna crash as Dalton I don't....Yeah I know but...I didn't want to wake you y-yes, yes...," Blaine nodded along miserably,

Kurt frowned, resting his hand on Blaine's shoulder, and beckoned for the phone, a mischievous look on his face.

Blaine shook his head at Kurt, still blinking back tears, "No...Dad please"

Kurt wrapped an arm around Blaine's waist, pulling him close and kissing the top of his head, wincing when Blaine pushed him away and walked further down the corridor.

"Blaine, I...," Kurt began but Blaine put his hand over his phone and glared at him.

"Not now. Okay?" He said harshly before going back to his conversation.

Kurts bottom lip trembled, he nodded and span on his heel. Tears threatening to fall. The look Blaine had given him had terrified Kurt, enhanced even more by the harsh tone of his voice.

He pulled out his own phone.

"H-Hey Finn...I need a favour"

Finn's voice was gruff on the other end of the phone, like he'd just woken up from a nap, "Kurt? What's wrong? You okay?"

Kurt shook his head before realizing Finn couldn't see him.

"Can you pick me up from Dalton, I'll cover the cost of gas...I just" He trailed off.

"Er, yeah of course. Are you hurt?" Finn asked, Kurt could hear him start to grab some stuff.

"No, just stuck. N-No way to get back," Kurt tried

for a laugh but it ended up coming out a tiny bit strangled.

"Okay, well...I'll see you soon okay?" Finn said before the line went dead.
