“Kurt why arent you ready yet?” asked Blaine as he entered their bedroom. “Well be leaving in 5 minutes”

“Im not going” answered Kurt bluntly.

“But its Marks birthday and you promised” said Blaine

“I know. But I just dont feel ready to be in a room full of strangers” said Kurt

“But Ill be there.”

“I know but I just cant go” said Kurt matter of factly.

“After all Mark has done to help you, you wont even come for a short while?” Blaine continued not letting Kurt answer “It was his idea to bring your phone to the police. Thanks to him your attackers have been locked up.”

“I know and I appreciate that”

“But just not enough to go” said Blaine “Also after all I have done for you. Could you not just do this one thing for me”

Oh Im sorry I have been such an inconvenience to you ” replied Kurt.

“Kurt you know I didnt mean it like that. Trust you to take it the wrong way” Blaine could feel the anger building up inside him. He had really tried to be as understanding of Kurts feelings as he could be. But he felt really disappointed that Kurt wouldnt be joining him. He continued getting ready and left with barely any conversation between himself and Kurt.

Blaine wasnt enjoying the party so far. He had to make an excuse on Kurts behalf to Mark. An excuse which he felt he shouldnt have had to make. Blaines thoughts were distracted as a guy approached him. He recognized him as one of Marks friends.

“Hi, youre Blaine right?”

“Yeah thats me.” answered Blaine

“Im Jason, Marks friend. Mark has told me about you. He said youre the next big thing. But he didnt mention how hot you are”.

Blaine blushed at this “Thanks but Im taken...happily taken”. He felt the need to add the last bit.

“Well if thats true then why are you here alone?” asked Jason.

Blaine wished he had an answer to that question.

“The silence says it all. If you were with me Id never leave you alone” said Jason. “I can tell youre in need of a good night. So why dont we hit the dance floor?”. Before Blaine could answer, Jason took his hand and lead the way.

Very quickly Blaine felt Jasons hands around him pulling their bodies closer together. He knows he should resist. But it has been so long since he has been held.

“Youre thinking way to much” said Jason. Blaine laughed nervously. He didnt realize Jason could read his face so well. “I dont know what is going on between you and your boyfriend. But you need to relax and think about your happiness too”.

Before Blaine knew it, he felt Jasons lips on his. He kissed Jason back moving his lips against Jasons. Blaine moved back, but before long Jason pulled Blaine back into the kiss. This time Blaine didnt attempt to stop it. He felt Jasons tongue along his bottom lip asking permission to enter his mouth. Blaine opened his mouth further and allowed the kiss to turn passionate. He felt Jasons hands running through his hair. Their bodies rocked together. Blaine allowed his mind to take over. He came to his senses and pulled away. He heard Jason call after him, but Blaine ignored him as he left the party.
