Kurt sat in the kitchen with yet another dinner that had gone cold. He twirled his fork around the pasta on his plate with no real purpose. He didnt feel like eating it anymore. He felt anger and sadness swell up inside him. He didnt know which feeling would win. His anger won as he heard Blaine come in through their front door.

“Well how nice of you to return home” said Kurt sarcastically.

Blaine took a deep breathe trying to sympathize with his boyfriend “Im sorry Kurt...but...”.

“Seriously I dont want to hear your excuses. I am fed up of them” said Kurt.

“I know Kurt, but...”.

“But nothing Blaine. I have worked so hard over yet another meal and again you are late” explained Kurt.

“Stop interrupting me. I know you worked hard, but dont you think Iv been working hard too?” asked Blaine as he felt himself getting angry. “I had to sing the same chorus 15 times because the stupid producer didnt feel there was enough emotion in it”.

“But you are always working late. Youre barely here these days. When you are here youre too tired to do anything”.

“I cant believe that you dont understand that I have an album coming out in 2 weeks”.

“Of course I understand. Im just fed up of not seeing you. Look I need some space. Im going out for a walk”. Said Kurt as he gathered his coat and phone.

“Kurt, dont go please...we can talk about this” but Kurt didnt respond as he left their apartment. Blaine wanted to chase after him, but decided that maybe they both needed just a little space.
