Blaine and Kurt had just had breakfast when Susi, Nick and Jeff arrived at their house the next day.
“Fuck, Blaine my hair.” Kurt yelled in horror. To Blaine it looked perfect, “Baby, you're gorgeous, They'll like it.”
“Now it's too late anyway.” Kurt murmured.
“Hey guys.” Blaine said as he opened the door, Kurt watching as his friends stepped into the room.
“So we figured we could help you to clean that one room you told us about yesterday.” Nick said.
“That'd be awesome.” Kurt smiled.
“I brought a truck so we can take the things that are useless and bring them to town.”
Kurt hugged her. He was glad Susi helped them. He would've never expected her to be helping that much.
Susi had lived in the small village for a long time now. Her dad and granddad died and left her everything they had. Her dad had been a banker so he had barely been home, he also had a lot of money.
If she wanted to she could close the coffee shop and still have enough money for the next 8 decades.
She wanted to share though. And if two young boys had to leave their home to be able to be with eachother she would support them as much as she could.
She could afford the electricity in the lighthouse easily and was glad Kurt and Blaine let her.
They started cleaning up after having some tea in the small kitchen.
What could've been horror if it was done alone turned into a lot of fun soon, since Blaine had his boyfriend and friends around.
Nick and Jeff told how they were going to stay at the camp after the holidays as well, because they could go to school there.
Blaine wrote an email to the school asking how much it'd cost to go to school there.
It wasn't to expensive, so Kurt decided they could go there. It wasn't like he would want to go back to McKinley anyway.
In the room, they found a lot of rubbish and useless things not even Susi knew existed. But they also found a closet and a desk in the corner and an actual bed. They found two nice paintings of which Susi kept one. A lot of photos that nearly had Susi in tears and a few books.
Blaine loved books, especially ones that he and Kurt could read to eachother. They had found the Lord of the Rings which Blaine immediately put onto the kitchen table.
They also found an old radio and a brooch Kurt happily kept. It matched his eyes.
The best thing they found definitely was the piano though. The room was the biggest in the entire house, it looked like it used to be two rooms connected with a door.
After packing up the stuff Susi wanted to keep and the trash and putting it on the truck the friends started planning on how they wanted to arrange the found furniture. They started of with the bed, and Nick and Kurt went upstairs to get the mattress that fitted the frame perfectly.
Soon Nick, Jeff and Blaine were bouncing up and down on the bed while Susi and Kurt made some lunch.
Susi had brought some freshly baked bread from the coffee shop and the five of them had a short break.
After lunch Blaine and Nick started reparing the old piano. It stood on the wall opposite to Kurt's and Blaine's bed, in a corner.
Blaine loved the piano already and played some melodies to check if they had tuned it right.
Meanwhile the others had put the desk in the corner opposite to the bed, there used to be a wall, but now it looked like the middle had been cut out. The closet stood on the wall on the left. Kurt cleaned it carefully before putting Blaine's and his clothes in. there were two small nightstands, they found and Jeff put one on eachside of the desk. Suddenly Blaine's phone rang.
“Blaine, where are you?” Cooper asked sounding panicked.”Are you and Kurt alright?”
“Yeah, calm down, Coop.”
“Calm down? Are you serious? I thought you were at the hospital and I went there today to tell you some news and then I asked and the woman just said you had left to the airport with Kurt.”
Blaine explained again what had happened with Kurt's mom he apologized for not letting Cooper know, telling him he didn't want to make him chose.
“Blaine, you just went to England, you don't have anywhere to live. What are you doing there?”
“I'm alright. Promise, coop. We stay at a friend's place. However you wanted to tell me news?”
Blaine asked and was scared immediately what if something serious had happened.
“Yeah, it's about dad.” Cooper answered.
