Although I wrote a lot of original material in high school, it's been a long time between drinks. I started writing again in September 2012 after spotting a prompt that I was desperate to see filled and not abandoned on GKM. Since then, I've been playing with characterisation, tense, POV, pacing, kinks etc inside the Glee fandom to try and find my 'voice'. I'm still learning and consider myself a young writer in a 40 year old body.
